Updating an older OC! Meet Author! A sentient RPG/adventure sim program that resides in the digital city of Virtue Complexia. An unfinished prototype abandoned by her creators, she's desperate for attention and is happy to give anyone her version of an epic adventure if they'll let her! She's a bit of a anxious mess as a result.

It's stuck within its window space, which itself is bound to a core module in the room she's been left to rot in. It can open up additional windows to display information for its game, but starts struggling to keep up with more than 3.

Due to being a prototype, she stumbles over her words and often takes a moment to think of where to next bring her stories. Her asset creator is also non-functional due to a simple programming bug, so she has limited amounts of sprites to work with and has to get creative sometimes with her graphics.

Another Virtue Complexia resident I'm touching up the design of a smidge, Em! An agent of the megacorporation TeraWorld, completely mute save for blips and boops of their face changing to whichever emoji they're expressing with.

Although TeraWorld has sinister undertones, Em isn't a bad person, and is generally energetic and competitive - and although they're a great fighter, they do their best to not hurt more than they have to.

While their head can be any standard emoji, they tend to stick to face-adjacent ones, mostly because it's primarily based on how they actually feel - though they do have control over it as well if they really want to express Diamond Shape With A Dot Inside or The Milky Way Galaxy

Meet Veka and Proxy, premiere freelance virus-busters in the city of Virtue Complexia!

Veka is a rowdy warrior who excels in heavy weaponry, such as blasters, rocket launchers, miniguns, and other such arms. She's not very tech smart, but she's strategic, stubborn, and bold, all of which come in handy when she rushes in to take down waves of viruses.

She doesn't ever feel complete, though, without her girlfriend and business partner Proxy! Although she's a lot more shy and reserved, Proxy excels with less bombastic weaponry, such as pistols, snipers, and melee weapons. She's also a skilled hacker, which is quite necessary when the two of them constantly have to bypass the competing megacorporation TeraWorld's security measures to get to their job sites.

The two are inseparable and form a nigh-unstoppable team when it comes to virus-busting missions!
