One healthy habit that developed over the circuit breaker is getting into the routine of exercising at the same time most days of the week.⠀ ⠀ My favorite times to workout are around 10am or 5pm. I find myself training more consistently and in a much better mood when I know it’s #sweatoclock⠀ ⠀ I’m also enjoying teaching classes online... not going to lie though - it was a bit of a struggle at first learning how to use Zoom. Grateful for the technology that allows us to stay connected in every way. ⠀ ⠀ There’s literally no excuses because all you need to do is schedule that workout and do it.
