And before anyone gets on me for plant and fungi inaccuracies: I am aware that mushrooms do not have roots in the literal sense. As the creator of this universe, I decided to say "fuck it" and mesh these two specimens together into one race, so they have combined traits. It's fine. It's FINE.

things we’re made of
These cute wizards are my older OCs Virid (left) and Elisha (right). Virid is a ghoul and a good wizard trying to prove to the world he's not a monster while Elisha is an aristocrat who was drowned by his own father and came back as a powerful evil spirit. They used to be friends but their relationship was very toxic since Elisha was manipulative even as a human.
The background is transparent because I had no idea for any, lol. But I think it looks good because there are a lot of patterns on the art itself. Photos on Virid and Elisha's shirts were intended to reflect characters' origins and life (in Elisha's case also death), kind of symbols of what shaped characters into who they are today.
