     “There you go,” He hums, his lips curled upwards as he sets down the box. “Do you require anything else”? 

“You aren’t from around here are you?”

     Head tilts, ear picking up on another sound come from the roof to him. It’s a new arrival on the scene, another fighter and he can tell that they have a weapon. It’s a stringed weapon, pulled back and creating tension. A bow. He knows very few heroes and villains that would use such an ancient weapon. They aren’t aiming at him, they are fighting his enemy too. It must be Hawkeye, but it’s not the one that he has met a few times in the past. This Hawkeye’s movements are different from Clint’s, so this must be the young woman whom Barton shares his title with. “Hawkeye? What are you doing here?” He doesn’t need help, in fact he’d prefer if he was the only one fighting here tonight. 

       danny handed a pile of papers to jeryn as he walked out of his office, girl following him suspiciously close. “ you gonna keep following me like this all day, kate? ” he pushed his way into the break room, her still in tow, and started to pour himself some coffee. “ aren’t you going to get bored pretending to be my assisstant? ”

       Clint walked around the apartment, examining every detail and internally making comparisons to his own place. It was certainly smaller, but apparently big enough for her. It was as messy as his, with less arrows scattered over the floor, and more coffee supplies. “And you complained in New York,” the archer teased as he hugged Lucky, petting his head. “Local news say you met Madame Masque.” He looked up at his former partner and grinned. “I see you are alive, at least.” Although her bandages showed how hard it was. “I’ve missed you.”
