I have a rant. This has been building for awhile, but I would like to acknowledge how although violas in an orchestra get so much disrespect, we are some of the most dedicated musicians out there. While other instruments, especially the violin, get recognition and respect for what they do, violas do the same thing and get no respect. So while the violins can nurse their ever-growing egos, the violas will just be sitting in the orchestra and playing because we are that dedicated to our instruments and music not to the fame it brings us. Thanks for reading,
