Myth: Castle Ni'Valesh
Shortly after settling the central plain of the Vileshi Meadow, the human tribes constructed a castle of gypsum, alabaster, and seraphinite atop the rising plateau near the center to their patron goddess, Velge. With the help of the surrounding dwarven kingdom, the architects designed a tower as a beacon for the goddess to see. The pristine radiance of the castle shined like a many faceted diamond, glistening the light to the mountains at the edge of the meadows. Velge, pleased and honored by this act and blessed the highest point of the tower to protect the kingdom from evils.

Centuries after the Vileshi constructed Castle Ni'Valesh for Velge, the generations have lost faith in their goddess, filling their hollow selves with war, recreation, and many other faithless activities and concepts. The goddess, preoccupied with the horrors of Grayne, was deeply saddened to see the once precious and pristine castle fall into disrepair and disrespect. She refused to let this homage become a pile of rubble forgotten in time, so she petitioned to her fellow Neregothum to save the building. Most were sifting through their own dealings and sorrows. As a final effort, she went to her life-long rival, Vesht, who despite their rivalry, decided to help transport the castle to the realm of subconscious: the Dreamscape. Together, the goddesses moved Castle Ni'Valesh to the Dreamscape. But once the dull alabaster, crumbling gypsum, and cracked seraphinite made home in the plane of subconscious it became a part of it. It became imbued with the wonder and curiosity of all that existed. The cracks, crumbles, and and lackluster were repaired with an fantastic amorphous iridescence. Even to this day, anyone may visit the Castle in their dreams, for the beacon shines for all with alluring curiosity.
