#bookhaul from @bluestockingsnyc from awhile ago: #milkandhoney by @rupikaur_, #silence by #johnbiguenet from @bloomsburypublishing under the #objectlessons series, and #videogamesforhumans; #twine authors in conversation edited by #merrittkopas. Unless it was shelved wrong, there will be a milk and honey poetry book club discussion. I really hope so, it looks interesting. I love the idea of mundane items being discussed in depth and silence would be an awesome start. If I enjoy it, I think I'll get the entire series. I really want to read the one on the hood, especially about trayvon Martin. And Twine is an open-source tool for telling interactive, nonlinear stories. It's supposed to be easy to use and since it's published in html I can upload it nearly anywhere! Dope. I definitely want to try to make a twine game. It'll be a fun and wonderful challenge! It was my first time visiting #bluestockings And I loved it! It was organized well, has fascinating topics like post colonialism, zines, feminism, etc. I hope to go there again soon! #rupikaur #books #bookstore #bookstagram (at Bluestockings Bookstore, Café, & Activist Center)
