Out of the hierarchy post, where do you think Will and Dlanor are?
[Good question! Shikei and I have discussed this extensively in the past, actually.
SSVD and Eiserne Jungfrau are the ‘Repentance Agencies’ in Heaven, that carry out executions and run trials. Dlanor’s title is ‘Archbishop’, which according to traditional hierarchy is about…7/10? However, Will and the original Ronald were implied to have outranked her, so they’d be at least a standing above.
Taking that into consideration, as well as the description of what each rank does, they’re probably both Powers? The Powers work closely with the Principalities, and are ‘bearers of the conscience’, which seems kind of similar to their job description.
The only other option would be the Thrones, and based on how Will and Dlanor act, I think that’s a little too high of a rank for them. Idk.]
