Making media that examines violence doesn’t mean it endorses it, and it’s important to look critically at darker inclinations. People sometimes have a hard time separating thought from self but idk as someone who struggles with intrusive thoughts to me it’s very normal to explore the darkest road available and I’ve learned to not judge those thoughts. And sometimes it’s fun, thrill seeking and horror wouldn’t be so popular if it wasn’t sometimes fun to be scared or sickened. It’s all about a controlled environment and honestly rck is your best example of that especially with the way the narrator is detached from the situation.
