It's been a while since Amanda had had friends over. She was the awkward girl in middle school, so it was very rare, if even possible, to see someone hanging out with her at her house. All the knowledge she had about pajama parties and that sort of stuff, she'd gotten through movies or the late night talks she used to have with her mother, when she wasn't busy.

Joshua had been taking a week or two of a vacation for travel mostly to visit family in the faraway sea kingdom of Queen Ariel and Eric, his Aunt and Uncle respectively. He had been staying with his father for quite some time now mostly to practice and train in medicine which Josh was practically now fully educated in. Though it had been awhile since he had visited the underwater sea kingdom of Atlantica so it was only logical that he paid a visit to his Aunt's, the mermaid princesses of the place who ruled and watched over it all. Finally making it to the shoreline Josh took off his shoes and began to track in the sand carrying the leather platforms in one hand as he enjoyed the warm sea breeze go through both his hair and clothes.

After walking along the sandy beach near the castle he decided now was a good time to simply jump into the water and start swimming under to meet his family members. With one last look of the castle Josh lifted his white button down over his head and dove right into the waves beginning to swim deeper and deeper into the ocean. Thanks to being half-mermaid he was able to maintain air through his lungs in order to sustain comfortably under the water. After some time of swimming deeper and deeper he finally arrived at the iconic palace of King Triton. With a smile on his face he simply entered the sea castle where already a few of his Aunts were waiting for him.
