From my quiet barn-home the 50 is degrees and rainy persists. There has got to be a lesson in here somewhere. So close to eating meals outside and bonfire evenings but also so totally not happening yet. I was recently told by an awake human to pay close attention to aversion and craving. Really close attention, as in watch how many random thoughts are about the two. Spring in VT seems to be the perfect opportunity to practice this. And with that tiny bit of thought labeling, cold rainy days can turn into long cozy indulgent restful pauses.
