Dattner Architects and Grimshaw Architects discuss their Via Verde project in New York City. I am fascinated that they were able to build the walls offsite and hang them like precast panels. These ventilated facade panels included windows, sun breakers, balconies and doors. This is the future of construction in our opinion.
