Toast stayed down earlier so I chanced something a little more for dinner, just 2 boiled eggs and about half a quorn sausage roll but it's something probably more nutritious and I had an actual tiny appetite which is a step, now just to keep it down 😭

I’m feeling so unwell and tired, I’m going to have to just cancel all todays meetings and responsibilities and get some serious rest. I got caught out in the rain for a long time yesterday due to the bus being really late.. uh. I was really unwell for a month until I was diagnosed and treated finally but I was feeling better recently and I think I pushed myself.

Arguing with mother so much rn now I’m dreaming it come onnn, not on speaking terms atm so much out of order stuff she says just because son and not to anyone else because also least favourite eldest son (since birth, bc I look like my dad, and crimped her style for being born, y’know the regular shtick of someone who had a kid and makes it their kids problem they chose to make life, don’t really need to of done anything for her to be a d, screams n emotionally dumps on me and for the 1st time I’ve asked to rely on her emotionally in 25 years of being her therapist and replacement parent to her other kid for all the stuff she didn’t want to do, and then raising 3 of her ex step kids until I was like 16, I’m “trying to break her boundaries, thinking all about myself” because she doesn’t wanna hear what I’m going through/am not ok)

Kitty cuddles hot water bottle n rest up day. Bit unwell. He came and snuggled as soon as I crawled back into bed like nope nope. Not today.

rly dead n low n ouchy today hopefully rest will ease it sry if I'm kinda unresponsive to do with much atm, headache is on fire aaah, I'm gonna try read Pond Snail Robber (what a name) and try just decompress, so far it's pretty amusing so I bought more chapters on Lezhin
