How are you able to consistently make such good sketches/art stuff?
(Assuming that since itās not anon, that itās not an April Fools joke, so imma answer honestly)
Iād likely say itās practice. If ur drawing fanart, studying from screenshots and references help until u can do it on the fly (even then tho I still recommend keeping references), if itās for OCs then just keep drawing. Eventually as one draws, they improve bit by bit. Using the oc thing, just look at my early Leilana comics vs my latest ones and uāll see whatās changed over the years. Not to mention that a lot of the things I draw are within the wheelhouse of my own style which helps.
Another thing Iāve noticed is that since Iāve started using the blue and red sketch pencils, Iāve been more willing to make mistakes and correct them on the fly then erasing the whole thing like with graphite.
And I know that ppl will say things like āI am practicing but Iām not improvingā but u r. Often we get to a point that we see that something is wrong but donāt know what until later and thatās because weāve hit the next milestone of our art journey, itās just recognizing how to get past it is the hard part.
Practice, having references and donāt be afraid to make lots of mistakes.
