I barely have friends.
I'm chronically ill. I have heart disease.
Whatever happens in your life, I want you to know that losing yourself in a void of negativity, hatred, anger and all other negative feelings isn't the way to go. Surely, you're allowed to feel the way you feel, but don't stay too long in it. Take a walk. Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Write off those feelings and start to analyse them.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything. I caused a lot of pain. I caused a lot of stress. There's no excuse for shitty behaviour. Absolutely not. The only way you could prove you changed is to seek help. Is to be a better human.
I'm not sure how long I have to live, or what will happen to me. But I'm just keeping myself happy with the words I'm writing down.
