first of all, lmao insane mashup.

ok my immediate thought is that whatever kind of dystopia this is, vein is within the upper echelons of the society and xf is likely Not. i #cantworldbuild but im imagining reality show style hunger games(?)esque. (it's been a while since i thought abt the hunger games) very surveillancecore. maybe it's modelrelated. or maybe they are very monitored and being human experimented. maybe it's secretly a cannibalism thing? like Ostensibly the realityshow is looking for beautiful 'healthy' people to farm for organs and blood and in some cases meat. omg 💀. coming up with this on the fly so. erm.

vein's associated (?) with the evil council and takes a liking to xf, becoming somewhat of a manager/sponsor. maybe at first vein has genuinely despicable plans for xf but turn ofc he takes a liking to him. let's say in this dystopia the 'sponsor'-experimentee dynamic is publisized for. voyeuristic dystopia reasons. anyway there's some big important party in which xf gets too drunk (to cope w the dystopia of it all) to the point where he's blackout, vein takes care of him and they do Not fuck (or do they??) but xf is uncertain and now there's a whole scandal surrounding them now also.
