Two of my weaknesses when it comes to food: 1.) Making decisions when I haven't prepared my meals 2.) Making decisions when I'm hungry. I avoid this by making enough smoothies for 24 hours and supplement them with my meals throughout the day in a grab and go fashion. It takes less than 15 minutes to make it all and clean up, tastes great, is super filling (for about 2-3 hours with GSG protein powder and sprouted flax).
