Ingredients: 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes. 1 cup boiled green peas. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1-inch piece of ginger, grated. 2 green chilies, finely chopped. 1 tsp cumin seeds. 1 tsp garam masala. 1 tsp ground coriander. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp red chili powder. Salt to taste. 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro. 1 package of samosa wrappers. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Put cumin seeds in a pan with vegetable oil that is hot. Cook them until they start to sizzle. Put in chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and garlic that has been minced. For one minute, saut. Put in the chopped onions and cook them until they become clear. Salt, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala should all be added. For two to three minutes. Add green peas and mashed potatoes that have been boiled. Stir every now and then for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat, add the fresh cilantro, and let it cool down. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Use a samosa wrapper to make a cone shape. Seal the edges with a paste made of flour and water. Put the potato-pea mixture inside the cone, and then fold the top over and press the edges together to seal it. Do this again and again for all of the samosas. On both sides, spray the samosas with cooking spray. Stack the samosas one on top of the other in the air fryer basket. They should be cooked for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them over once, until they are golden brown and crispy. Put it on the table hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
