on a real note that bit near the end of the video was genuinely haunting. hearing somerton talk about how gay writers are erased from history was one thing (with all the irony being that he stepped on the backs of numerous underpaid, underprivileged and uncredited queer writers to build his youtube channel) but when h revealed it wasn't even somerton's quote in the first place? the worst, most crushing sort of irony. how do you lament about the erasure of gay people and gay writers in history... whilst erasing a gay writer and taking his words as your own?

hello.... i made something magical happen.... i updated sleep awake ok... i can only do this once every 27 years.....

im kind of just sitting here rn and realising how much garbage i put up with from people who cant comprehend the work that goes into writing such a long fic for free and for fun. do u spend the mental energy going to the tumblr of a person and writing out hate mail for a fucking danganronpa fanfiction you read for completely free of ur own volition. and like im not being funny of all the hate i got i posted maybe 20% of it on this blog ever, there is so much crap piled up in my inbox that its half the reason i dont answer things in there anymore. like it actually just sucked and no wonder i got burnt out as badly as i am.

if im not mentally exhausted by finishing my critical for my dissertation tonight, i wanna get on with the new sleep awake chapter . really get on it
