Had a massive panic attack tonight. I haven't had one in a really long time! I let alot of stuff get to me, and didn't listen to Terry and ignored the warning signs. It was eye opening experience. Terry hung in there and helped me through it and I'll forever be grateful! I also realized that it says have to happen. I put Terry and I through that because I was too stubborn to listen.... I'm fine and I want you to know that.
