Nate lazily waves goodbye to his friend, who waves back at him with a wide smile on her face, yelling something about texting him later that Nate doesn’t hear the rest of after he turns around and begins walking in the opposite direction, where Sechan said he’d be waiting for him. He knows he’s a few minutes late, but he frankly does not care. He’s been slightly irritated everyday since they began recruiting for the volleyball team; doing that on top of assignments and spending even more time with Sechan than he already does is leaving him with little energy to spare to any other activity or people who aren’t called Sechan. And of course, to all of those freshmen they’ve been trying to recruit. He's just tired and snappier than usual, but doesn’t feel sorry for being an asshole; whoever decides to talk to him without noticing his angrier-than-usual demeanor has it coming and that’s that.
Upon reaching the place, he spots Sechan waiting for him like he said he would. He doesn’t particularly want to go over there and head towards the gym where the new members are waiting for them, but this is what he saved his energy for, so he makes his way over to the other.
“Hey,” He says once he reaches him.
