Both wings are all one piece. I don't have the floorspace right now to spread them out in their entirety.

The wings are made of felt (with some spraypaint for the silver markings), the straps are fabric, the wing fingers are cardboard inside felt pockets, and the hand armour is EVA foam glued to cardboard. All of my armour was EVA foam alone, or EVA foam glued to a cardboard base.

Because of the wrist straps, I don't have to hold the fingers if I don't want to/need to use my hands. I can choose to hold just the top finger, both fingers, or neither finger. Any finger I don't hold will just hang limply at my wrist.

The "Fingers" contain strips of cardboard to let them keep their shape, but still provide a bit of flexibility for realism when they flap. I sewed pockets into the fabric. I then glued several strips of cardboard together to make a somewhat strong finger bone, and slid that into the pocket.

Since actual bats have digits in their wing fingers, their wing fingers bend a bit when flapping.

The consequence, though, is it makes the wings much weaker than they would be if they had normal, stable structural elements. The cardboard may need to be replaced semi-frequently. In my upcoming improvements, I plan on adjusting the pockets to be openable, so the cardboard can be traded out, or I'll just use foam strips instead.

These are the hand claws. I based them off the wrong Lego Claw piece, because I didn't notice until after the fact that my Vamprah set had been broken and put back together with the wrong pieces at some point.

The two straps inside go in the palm of my hand, or the first goes in my palm and the second goes on my wrist, either way. I don't have to hold the hand armour up at all, as the straps do all that for me, so my fingers are free to manipulate the wings or anything I want to hold. The hand armour also lacks a wall on the bottom, opposite where the claw is, so my fingers and wing finger can move. The top wing finger just rests against the armour wall, so its resting state has it bent in a little compared to the bottom wing finger. This is also somewhat realistic, as bat fingers don't rest completely parallel anyway (the joints and muscles get in the way).

I was also wearing normal black gloves under this.
