"F-Father..d-don't hurt them...please..." he mumbled, knowing he would be ignored.

"He is a vampire. And, so am I. If I have to, I will drain your blood before I force him to do so." He growled, dropping the male and kicking him in the side, "Human freaks like you should stay away from princes!" He moved to stomp down hard on his side.

He hated this kid. He hated the entire darkness clan. At least with the boy he knew, he would have been dating a vampire.

However, if he was dating a human, Kousei had to fix it. And, thus, a sickening grin spread onto his face. He kneeled down, “I can let you stay with him, though~..”

"If you become a vampire like us and kill the pathetic darkness clan prince~."

Kouichi furrowed his brows, continuing to stare the man right in the eye, maybe because he was just too afraid to look away. He had never known in all his time of stalking the other half of the family that they could have been vampires. A fact which was coming back to bite him - literally - if Kousei was serious about draining his blood. Kouichi couldn't even dare to want to call the person his father.

As he was shoved, Kouichi fell and hadn't the coordination to stop the foot from connecting, but used the momentum to roll out of the way from the other's stomp. As soon as he had managed to scramble far enough off, Kouichi didn't bother to stay and talk.

"Not a chance!"

He wasn't going to kill anyone, even if it was in order to stay with Kouji. His twin brother would definitely have a problem with that, and it would have betrayed the trust between them. Kouichi didn't want to have to change himself into a monster again just to be with his brother. Kouji trusted him -

"W-what!" Kouichi’s eyes widened as he recognized the man before him, feeling the air in his throat constrict at the suddenness of the motion of his clothes being pulled. Only shock set it, a dull parlor to his skin as the fear and anger towards his person gripped him like a hand wrapped around the struggling bird that was his beating heart.

"Papa?" His fingers shook too much to unhinge the hand holding him, teeth clenching tight. What they said crashed through his skull like hot fire, confirming exactly why he’d never wanted to meet them. Because Kouichi was too afraid to stop seeing Kouji ever again. He’d gone through too much to meet them, no one could stop the twins from being together…

Kouichi gave a simmering glare.

"I’m your son, too! And I would rather die than stop seeing Kouji!”
