There were not many things that could surprise Jisoo any longer, given she has been for centuries already, however you were proven to an exception, especially since you were far more adaptable to most humans Jisoo had come across.
While it was a surprise for you to find out that Jisoo was a vampire, one of the creatures of night which fed off the blood of humans to survive, you had surprisingly took it into stride, something which surprised even Jisoo has she had expected you to run for the hills like most humans did when they found out, which of course led to Jisoo having to dispose of them, which emotionally hurt her as she would have come to care for them at a certain degree at times.
That was probably why Jisoo could be so cold at times, since she was almost afraid to become involved with humans because she would hate to kill them once she becomes attached, which is why she preferred sticking to herself or her own kind. But the problem with other vampires is that they were simply so set in their ways and attitudes, that it became tedious for Jisoo. However she has found some sort of haven for you, that she believed that perhaps you were made just for her to be able to live a better immortal life, or to perhaps maybe join her.
You were busy cooking yourself some dinner in the kitchen when Jisoo wrapped her arms around you, nuzzling her nose into your neck where she could hear its pulse, letting her let our a shuddering breath as her mouth filled with venom. You paused from your cutting, before you covered one of her arms with your hand, tenderly stroking her skin with her thumb.
“Do you need to feed?” You asked, knowing that Jisoo had not been out to feed in a while.
Jisoo nodded into your neck, pressing a soft kiss to your skin while she simply revel in your warmth back pressed against her front, serving as her own personal hot water bottle in an otherwise cool winter day. You placed down your cutting knife and reached out to pull your hair away from your neck, tilting your head before placing your hand back on the counter to brace yourself.
“Take what you need love.” You said, giving Jisoo your permission.
The first time you had offered to let Jisoo drink from you, Jisoo was startled, because to let her to do such a thing was a sign of great trust that you had for her. While Jisoo was more than capable of to go hunting for herself, you willing to let her feed from you was a great deal to her, because then it did not take her away from you during times she needed to be by your side. Most humans never volunteered their blood for her, and yet you did willingly, it touched Jisoo incredibly that you offered yourself to her.
Jisoo removed one hand from your waist to cup the side of your neck, angling it so that she had better access to the side of you neck. Like always, she pressed a kiss to your neck, silently thanking you for the offer. She never bit you immediately, instead she would ease into it, pressing kissing to your neck, moving to graze her teeth experimentally across your skin before finally biting down, your blood immediately filling your mouth as she began to suck.
While she has drunk the blood of others, she couldn’t help but feel that you tasted the best, and not just because you were her lover. You simply were addicting to her, and perhaps it was because you offered your blood willingly did it taste better, along with the fact that you took care of yourself and trusted Jisoo to take care of you during the intimate moment of feeding. Jisoo paced herself, taking what she needed while staying mindful of your body reactions while she drank from you.
Your thumb kept rubbing her other arm as she drank, and you sighed as she eventually retracted her mouth from your neck, licking her lips before pressing a kiss to your neck, lapping at the blood which leaked from your wound before pressing a kiss to the back of your ear.
“Thank you.” She whispered, nuzzling into your hair while you patted her arm soothingly.
“You’re welcome.”
Jisoo then removed herself to gather the first aid kit under the sink, quickly getting to work to take care of you wound and bandaging it to stop the bleeding. Once she finished, she went back to hugging you from behind, propping her chin on your shoulder as you resumed your cooking, simply being mesmerized in the simply movements of you cooking while reveling her cuddle session with you.
Jennie
Fear was not something which Jennie was familiar with. Instilling fear in others, yes, she was familiar with that. But actually feeling fear herself, it was simply unnatural.
“Jennie...” You crawled towards her, your face scrunched up in sympathy while Jennie covered her ears and shook her head rapidly.
“No. Don’t come any closer to me. B-Blood...Y-Your blood.”
It was an accident, completely an accident. She was just so angry, furious about what the article has said about one of her designs, she simply didn’t know that you were entering the room. While Jennie did pride herself on her control, when she was angry, she barely had any of it. Hence why when she grabbed her glass that contained all the blood that she needed for the day and threw it at the wall, shattering the glass and all of its contents over the wall, she did not think of anything else but anger. But then she heard your cry of pain and whirled around to see blood splattered over you, along with a few cuts due to the glass shards which shattered next to the wall beside you.
While she did have blood organized for her, the scent of your blood was simply too appetizing, and with her emotional turmoil, Jennie did not trust herself. Jennie leapt across the room, furrowing under a table in blatant panic, terrified as you stepped towards her, concern written all over your face, ignoring the fact that you were cut by glass and had someone else’s blood all over you.
“Jennie-”
“No! I-I will hurt you! D-Don’t come any closer to me Y/N! I am not in control!”
“Jennie...”
You were unsure on what to do, you had never seen Jennie look so panicked before. Jennie looked at you desperately, not breathing because she didn’t want to be seduced by your blood. During the off times where you had managed to draw blood in Jennie’s presence, she has informed you before that your blood had a certain scent to it that just made it so appealing to her. It was probably because Jennie was used to having donor blood delivered to her instead of having it fresh from the source, but Jennie was always in control of herself in order to not attempt to drink from you.
Only now that control was gone because of Jennie’s emotional state, and the sheer panic was evident in her eyes as she stared at you, covering her ears and not breathing at all because all the blood on you was too much for her senses to handle.
“Jennie...you need to-”
“Leave! Just leave!“ Jennie screamed, her voice piercing enough that it could shatter the windows in the room. But instead of listening to her, you pushed forward.
“You need blood Jennie. Please, just-”
An inhuman growl left Jennie, it sending the hairs on your body shooting up in fear as your preservation instincts were kicking in, clearly telling you that a predator was nearby and that you needed to leave. Only you didn’t. Fighting against every urge to run, you got to your knees and crawled until you were a meter away from the table, offering your forearm to Jennie while her growls only got louder the closer you got.
“You need it Jennie. Let me help you.”
Your voice was soft and endearing, your eyes swirling with sympathy, so much so that Jennie made the mistake of taking a breath. The smell of your blood, mixed with the other blood, filled her sense, the intense hunger within her boiling up to a point of no return, that Jennie eventually could not restrain herself any longer as she all but dove for you. You went flying onto your back, landing painfully on the floor with a pained gasp, but nothing prepared you for the pain that came when Jennie sank her teeth into your forearm, easily piercing the skin and filling her mouth with your blood.
Jennie couldn’t help but let out a delighted moan at the taste, your blood warm and thick, reviving ever single cell in her body a she continued to drink, her eyes closed shut as she reveled in the taste. She kept drinking, the taste addicting, her sense of control vanquished due to how delicious the blood was. While she had blood prepared for her, it was nothing to the fresh source. She could not believe she has subjected herself to such second hands supplements when she could have the real thing whenever she wanted.
It was glorious, sublime, and positively delicious.
It was-
“J-Jennie...”
You.
Your weak voice immediately caught Jennie’s attention and she ripped her mouth away from your forearm, prompting a pained gasp from you as you looked at her weakly from under your eyelids, laying on the floor while Jennie was on top of you. Jennie noticed how pale you looked, how weak your eyes looked as you gazed at her, almost like you were battling to keep your eyes open. And then it hit Jennie. She took too much.
“Shit!” Jennie curse, immediately moving to cradle your face, trying to get you to looking at her. “Y/N I’m sorry! I’m so sorry!”
You opened your mouth to speak, probably tell her it was okay, but you simply didn’t have the energy for it, only letting out a broken sound which shook Jennie to her core. And then she noticed your eyes starting to lower.
“No. No! Stay awake Y/N! Hold on, I will get you some help!”
Jennie hastily gathered you into her arms and sped out of the room, uncaring of anything else other than to get you the medical help you needed. She couldn’t lose you, not like this, not when she is the cause of you being on the brink of death. If you die because of this...Jennie will never forgive herself. You can’t die, you just can’t.
Chaeyoung
Relationships were something which vampire delved in to ease their boredom or to fulfill that emptiness within themselves. Walking around the earth for so long by yourself can get pretty boring, which is why vampires often needed to occupy themselves with something flavorful in order to entertain them, and that can be the same with relationships.
Chaeyoung adored you, and you knew that very much, and the relationship between the two of you was hardly one of plainness, as Chaeyoung would often push you out of your comfort zone for some much needed flavor, however she was respectful of your limits, which provided her with some stability given your humanness. Chaeyoung has had many relationships before you, however you were proven to be the best one that she has ever had so far, and she intend to revel in the time that she has with you.
Since you were dating a creature who needed some sort of spice in her life, various aspects of your relationship and life waned away from normality, especially given Chaeyoung’s nature, which required blood. Sex was of course a big aspect of the relationship, given Chaeyoung ethereal beauty, along with her constant craving for you, so of course the spice which Chaeyoung enjoyed in life was brought into the bedroom too, not that you really minded.
You were laying on your mattress, trembling in anticipation while Chaeyoung traced your forehead with a kiss, her body on top of yours.
“Remember the rules sweetheart.” She whispered, pressing a teasing kiss in between your eyes brows before gliding down to press a kiss to your cheek and jaw before moving lower.
Games were hardly something new in the bedroom, especially since Chaeyoung was awfully find of pushing you to what was humanely possible with her teasing, which of course brings pleasure to both you and Chaeyoung. One of the games which you and Chaeyoung both enjoyed playing consisted of Chaeyoung teasing you with her mouth and hands, and if you uttered even a single sound, you got a love bite.
Although a love bite with a vampire was a little bit different from a love bite from a human.
You flexed your stomach as your felt Chaeyoung’s lips pepper kisses all over it, taking great care to appreciate every inch of skin that her lips came in contact with. Your fingers twisted into the sheets of the bed, it being the only grounding thing that you had to try distract you from making a sound at Chaeyoung’s sensual touches. You nearly gasped when you felt Chaeyoung graze her teeth along your hip bone, trying to do you dirty with the underhanded trick to try make a sound escape you, but you held firm. You bit down hard on your bottom lip to stop the gasp that was threatening to escape, instead arching your body into Chaeyoung which made her smile.
“Good girl.” She whispered, pressing an apologetic kiss to your hipbone before tugging your underwear off, discarding them to the floor before she slid her fingers and your thighs and tugged them open before she settled between them.
She began to pepper kisses along your inner thighs, each one lingering longer than the other which was starting to test your limits. You were biting down hard on your bottom lip to try keep yourself from moaning, and tightly fisted the bed sheets to try control yourself, but Chaeyoung knew your body like the back of her hand, and as she got closer to your core, she began to deliberately started sucking, threatening with her teeth with a smile as she knew that sooner or later, she was going to win the game.
It was when she pull away to just give a subtle blow of air on your core, did your control snap.
“Ah!”
And then did Chaeyoung sink her teeth into your inner thigh.
Her teeth sank into you like a hot knife through butter, and she let out a guttural moan at the taste of you while your blood filled her mouth. You hissed at the puncture, however moaned as Chaeyoung began to suck, taking it the blood she so deservedly earned, prompting you to tangle a hand in her hair.
“Chae...” You breathed in pleasure, the pain subsiding and now being replaced at pleasure at the connection shared between the two of you.
While getting bitten by Chaeyoung did hurt, like two needles being injected in you, the pain would subside eventually and instead be replaced with warmth and pleasure. Chaeyoung was always gentle with you, even when drinking from you, and she was always in control as she never took more than she needed to, as she knew how important blood was for the bodies of humans. Chaeyoung pulled away from your thigh, licking at the leaking blood before glancing at you with a wicked smile.
“I win.” She said, making you chuckle.
“You always do.”
“If only you had more control over yourself.” She teased, blowing on you once again to make you arch in pleasure, making yourself more desperate for her touch.
“I-I am only human.” You said pathetically, making Chaeyoung chuckle.
“I know sweetheart, and I love you for it.”
Chaeyoung’s mouth was then on your core, tongue on your bundle of nerves while you arched in pleasure, finally being granted the reward for being able to last as long as you did with your game with Chaeyoung.
Lisa
Lisa wouldn’t say that she was patient, that would be the complete opposite word you could use to describe, especially given her reckless nature. It wasn’t her fault, trouble just naturally followed after her. Even before her turning, she was one who marched to the beat of her own drum, as well as cause trouble for every single person who wronged her in her eyes. However when it came to you and your many curiosities, a surprisingly patient side of her come out, which in turn frustrated you.
“Come on Lisa, please just do it!”
“You are not exactly making me a cup of coffee Y/N.”
“Yes I am! Only instead of caffeine, it is my blood!”
“Exactly. Your blood. As in, something which flows in you body and keeps you alive.”
You threw you hands up in the air.
“I am not asking you to drain me dry, just have a taste!”
“Y/N, once I have a taste, I will only ask for me.”
“That’s fine with me!”
“It’s not with me.”
Lisa was determined to not drink from you, not because she didn’t want to, because the thought has crossed her mind before, but rather she didn’t want to get lazy with her hunting and make herself dependent on your being her own supply. You were a very giving person, and she knew that you would offer yourself every time that she needed to drink. She didn’t want to put that expectation on you. But also the small vindictive part of her always enjoyed denying the sating of your curiosity of what it was like to be fed off by a vampire. Your frustrated expressions were quite a delight for Lisa.
You glared at her, frustration evident on your face which made Lisa smile in returned, as she teasingly reached out to pinch your cheek and began cooing at your like a baby.
“Aww, look who is all sulky now.”
“I’m not sulky!” You said, batting her hand away with a whiny voice, which just made Lisa laugh in response.
You continued to glare at her for a few moments before your face suddenly relaxed, a sudden glint in your eyes being the only thing that informed Lisa that an idea suddenly crossed you mind, making her curious on what convincing solution you had now for her.
“If you don’t drink from me now, then no more sex.”
...
..
.
“What?”
Now that was something you had never said before. You crossed your arms and looked at her smugly while Lisa looked at you in disbelief.
“That’s right. If you don’t take a bite out of me now, no more sex.”
“You’re bluffing.” Lisa immediately said, making your shake your head.
“Nope, if you won’t sate my curiosity, then I won’t sate your needs.”
“Sex is not a-”
“It is for you because it is with me.”
You were possibly one of the most bizarre humans Lisa has ever come across, and while she could easily find someone else to sate her sexual desires, she would never do that because her heart belongs to you and despite being human, you fulfill her in every single way. She could not believe you could withhold sex like this just because of your curiosity of being bitten.
“Sure we can-”
“Nope. Bite me or have no sex.”
While she would usually see if you would hold out on your threat, she already knew that you would because you have a will of steel, especially about something you were passionate about. So when Lisa found herself stepping forward with a defeated expression, you had a victorious grin on your face.
“I knew that you wouldn’t be able to resist me.”
“Shut up.”
Lisa grumbled the whole time as she easily brought you close to her, cupping your neck and angling it so that the column of it was exposed to her. Lisa felt venom forming in her mouth, but she quickly swallowed it before letting out a sigh and lowered her head to your neck. She brushed her lips along your skin, press a kiss to it before glancing at you.
“This is going to sting.” She warned before biting down on your neck.
Your blood filled Lisa’s mouth immediately, and she let out a slight groan at the taste, sucking at it while she felt you tense in your arms. Since she did not necessarily need to feed, she did not take much, detaching from your after a few moment, licking at the puncture holes before pulling away from you, her lips slightly stained with your blood. As she pulled away, your slapped your hand to your neck, face contorted in shock.
“That hurt!” You exclaimed, making Lisa laugh as she licked her lips.
“I told you it would.”
“Movies lied to me!”
“As I have told you many times before.”
Your rumbled and Lisa laughed as she gathered you in her arms in a hug, rocking the two of you side by side as you began to curse out all the movies and books you read about vampires.

Saturday, October 31st
You look like an idiot.
The nurse uniform you have on is obnoxiously cliché; short and tattered in various places to really sell the "sexy" aspect of it, little is left to the imagination. Fake blood stains dot the flimsy material in random patterns and mat some strands of the tacky blonde wig atop your head, making you look like something out of a B-movie at best.
A bonafide, absolute idiot.
When you express that sentiment to your best friend, she just rolls her eyes and holds out one last costume for you to try on. She had a few lined up in case you didn't like her other options, and clearly that's come in handy; you've already worked through the previous picks, so she crosses her fingers as your eyes skim over this one.
"Humor me, will you?" She asks, hoping that you'll give in and at least check this last one out.
"Fine, but this is your last chance. It had better be good." You raise a pointed finger at her in warning.
"I have a good feeling about this one," she says, smiling as you take the bag from her and slip into the dressing room one final time.
Her phone chimes soon after, and she's quick to retrieve it from her pocket.
Willow: Are you guys almost here?? Jackson's been asking about you.
Your best friend bites her lip at that, nervously nibbling on it as she rereads the message to make sure she didn't imagine the last part. She's liked Jackson since middle school, and he'll be swinging by the party that you've all been invited to; that's one of the main reasons she begged you to come with her tonight.
Y/BFFs/N: Still getting ready. We'll be there ASAP tho!
Willow: Alright, we'll see you soon. Don't take all night, or else👩🤛
Y/BFFs/N: Yah, cut the violence!
The sound of your best friend's soft giggling fills the air just as you manage to fasten the costume's last zipper and pull its hood over your head.
Surprise etches its way into your features as you do a spin, taking in the sight of yourself through the full length mirror of the dressing room. The outfit's red and black color schemes complement each other beautifully, giving you a powerful and sensual appeal that the other costumes didn't even stand a chance of doing. You look alluring in every sense of the word.
"Holy shit," your best friend says when you emerge, striking a pose. "You look hot!" She squeals, clapping a few times in quick succession.
There's no way you think this one looks bad.
"I think Wanda would be proud," you grin, tilting your head up and wrapping the cape around your neck.
"One hundred percent," Y/BFFs/N nods adamantly, in total agreement. The Scarlet Witch getup really compliments your features.
"Now," she starts, changing topics as she looks in the reflection of her phone's dark screen to adjust some of her hair that's gone astray. "Let's pay and then go. Willow's looking for us, and my future man's wondering where I am, too."
"Hell yeah!" You chuckle, patting her on the back. "I'll help you finally land him so you can stop pining."
You watch as she takes a moment to decide between coming up with a decent rebuttal to defend herself or agreeing with you, and you smile when she goes for the latter.
"I'd accept nothing less," she says, holding her head high like a princess. "You are my wingwoman, after all."
"And the best one in town," you add, tugging her towards the register. She reaches into her purse and pulls out the money to pay before politely handing it to the cashier.
The teenage boy takes it with a small smile, though the action looks a little comical as his upper lip gets caught on the cheap, plastic fangs he's sporting. His knock-off version of Dracula is definitely…. something… and you can tell that his managers forced him to wear it for the holiday.
"Come back and s-shhee us," he says, handing your change back. Your best friend takes it, failing to contain her laughter at his messy speech. He blushes crimson, likely cursing the plastic teeth for making him look a fool.
"We surely will," you respond, giving him a comforting smile to keep his embarrassment at bay. He nods gratefully, and you're quickly pulled out of the store by your best friend.
"Happy Halloween!" You shout over your shoulder, accompanied by the chime of the bell over the door.
"You too," he calls back, letting out a soft sigh.
---
20 Minutes Later -- The Party
Upon rounding the front of your car and stepping up onto the sidewalk outside of Willow's house, your attention is immediately caught by the numerous decorations that she put up last week.
"Huh," you mumble, gazing up at the skeleton that towers above you, standing 12 feet tall. "I think it's safe to say that this is her favorite holiday…"
"What makes you think that?" Your best friend plays, feigning ignorance as she pops up from behind a life-sized, animatronic Jason Voorhees.
"I don't know," you tut, admiring Willow's hard work a little longer. "Just a feeling."
Y/BFFs/N giggles in her unique way, making you smile at the sound as the two of you make your way up the path towards the house. You gaze down at your feet, careful to step on the stones of the walkway and avoid the motion-activated hands that scramble out of the weeds to grab unsuspecting guests.
Having known Willow your entire childhood, you've grown used to her ways.
*knock knock*
A strong, iconic synth bassline sounds off from inside, filling the otherwise quiet night around you with its catchy beat as you wait to be let in. Its sound is well known, and you almost instantly recognize it as "Sweet Dreams" by the Eurythmics.
A few seconds later, you hear clambering from inside, followed by concerning groans and shouted apologies.
Y/BFFs/N arches a skeptical brow at you, perfectly mirroring your thoughts.
Directly after, the door swings open in a flash, and you're nearly tackled by a whizz of curly hair.
"There you guys are!" Willow shrieks, pulling the two of you close as she nuzzles her face against your cheeks.
"Yep, here we are," you struggle out, nearly being strangled in her tight grip. She responds by squeezing you even tighter, blinded by her joy at seeing you again.
After all, it's been a while since all three of you have had the opportunity to spend the night partying together like this.
"Can't… breathe," Y/BFFs/N squeaks, successfully getting Willow to release you.
"Sorry," she apologizes, stepping back. "I'm just so happy you're here."
The freckles that spread across the bridge of her nose look especially adorable with the blush she's sporting, and her shy grin makes you forget about the near-fatality you just encountered moments before.
"We're happy to be here," you reassure her, returning her smile.
Your best friend agrees from beside you, nodding her head with a happy look of her own. "Believe it or not, we've missed your weirdness." She adds, cocking her head to the side.
Willow giggles again, and her eyes crinkle up into those half crescents that could surely melt even the iciest of hearts. She's practically sunshine in human form, and you have to resist the urge to shield your eyes.
"Yo, Willow! Who's at the door?"
Jackson.
You feel your best friend tense beside you, and you subtly pat her leg to calm her down.
Willow falls silent, though her lips go through the beginning stages of answering him; they open and purse, but she quickly halts her reply and shuts her mouth. She knows of Y/BFFs/N's crush on him, and she doesn't want to say the wrong thing.
Plus, if the lovesick girl wants to run and hide in the bushes, Willow's silence could buy her some time to slip away.
But alas, she doesn't.
Jackson appears in the doorway a mere 5 seconds after asking his question with a beer clutched in his hand. He moves to lean against the wooden frame as his pearly smile beams at you, and Y/BFFs/N audibly swallows at the sight.
For someone who's usually so confident, she can really be shy sometimes.
"Lovely to see you, ladies," he greets, putting his free hand in front of him as he bows. His accent is modeled after that of Jack Sparrow, as is his surprisingly well designed costume.
You nod back at him. "Hey, Jackson. Long time no see."
You elbow your best friend when she remains silent for a beat too long, and the action snaps her back to reality.
"Yeah, hey Jackson." Her voice is quiet -- she doesn't trust it to refrain from cracking.
He smiles, not failing to notice the nervous aura that's quickly taken over the girl beside you. Her eyes nearly pop out of her head when he gives her a curious once-over, and you take that as your cue to save her from the impending embarrassment that's lurking just around the corner.
"Alright, guys!" You clap, stepping forward. "Let's get to partying."
Her shoulders relax, and you feel her slip her hand into yours as you enter the house, squeezing twice as a silent thank you.
15 Minutes Later
Willow stands beside you in the kitchen, mixing a few things together in one of the millions of red solo cups that she bought for tonight. You sneak a peek over her shoulder at the concoction, seeing its light blue color turn purple-ish as she adds a new liquor into the equation.
In comparison to typical house parties, this one is relatively small; most of the rooms are filled with people, but it's a comfortable amount. Maneuvering around the place is fairly easy, which is always a plus when you're coexisting with sweaty, drunk people.
"Willow, love, why did you buy so many cups?" You ask, toying with the ripped plastic packaging of one of the stacks.
"You know I like to be prepared," she laughs, brushing off her major miscalculation. "Plus I can just use the rest of them at my next party."
You nod, knowing she's right. "Are you having another soon?"
"I think so. Jiu and her crew are coming back in a couple weeks, so I thought I'd surprise them with one."
You scoff, humor laced in the sound. "What, they didn't get enough partying done at their university already?"
Willow turns around, grinning at you as she hands you your drink. "Evidently campus police keep a close eye on them. Siyeon whined about that a lot when she called me."
"Sounds like her," you chuckle into your cup as you take a sip.
PFFT
"Eww, Willow! What did you put in this?!"
Your spit take didn't land on anyone, thankfully, but it did capture the attention of some people nearby. You wave a hand at them as a silent apology, and they go back to their previous tasks.
The curly headed prankster covers her mouth, though the action does a terrible job of quieting her maniacal laughter.
"You're lucky Y/BFFs/N isn't over here," you say, wiping your lips with the back of your hand. "She'd avenge me."
Willow uses a napkin to dab the tears of laughter from her eyes. "Why else do you think I waited until she was busy with Jackson?" She asks, motioning to her lounge room across the foyer.
You look inside, spotting Y/BFFs/N holding a pool cue in her hand as Jackson sinks another shot into one of the corner pockets.
The sight reminds you of the pep talk and 2 shots of liquid courage you gave her earlier, and how she disappeared with the promise to make a move and actually talk to him. Now, she looks completely absorbed in whatever banter they're sharing, and although your violated taste buds still ache from the sickly-sweet mixture that Willow made, you wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
You can get your own revenge.
Sneaking a glance around the kitchen, you search for something to help with your retaliation. A small package of streamers lays abandoned on the island, forgotten to be put up earlier, and you slyly grin. Their ribbons sparkle with glitter, shimmering as the multicolored party lights stream in from the living room and land on them.
It's as if the universe is putting a spotlight on them, just for you.
After side eyeing Willow one final time to ensure that she isn't catching onto your plan, you act quickly. She stands beside the counter, right where you left her, and you dart to the island to grab the streamers. Your fingertips soon gain purchase on the packaging, and you tear it open in one swift motion.
Her gaze locks onto yours just as you near her, but it's far too late for her to get away.
"Take this!" You declare, upending the baggie atop her head. She shrieks as they cascade down her body, getting caught in the creases and wrinkles of her costume as they go. A small wave of glitter tumbles out of the bag as well, coating her hair and clothes.
Boy, that'll be fun to try and get out later.
Her head slowly raises once you finish your assault and place the baggie on the countertop beside you, but the look in her eye is unlike anything you've ever seen.
"You're dead," she warns. Just as the smile drops from your face, an even larger, more sinister one begins forming on hers.
The floor creaks beneath your feet slightly as you take a step back, and you know you have to high tail it out of there if you want to evade her.
"Catch me if you can!" You shout, springing into action. You turn around and dart out of the room, gliding past numerous partygoers in the hall.
Willow's choice of footwear works in your favor, you soon realize; the sharp rapping sound of her heels pierces the air behind you, serving as a tell of how much distance is between you.
Her unstable platforms buy you a little time, and you thank the universe as you rush through the living room and back towards the foyer. You plan to cut across it and hide out in one of the bathrooms until she drops her plan for revenge.
A grin pulls at your cheeks as you skid into one of the walls, looking like a character from Scooby-Doo as you will your feet to work correctly again and get you to safety. Willow laughs behind you, joining in on the fun.
"Perfect," you mutter under your breath, spotting a clear path through the foyer. It leads under the stairs, and you can see the open door of the bathroom from where you are.
Your feet take you past a handful of drunk people, bobbing and weaving through them with ease, before you're racing towards the restroom to take cover.
Before you can make it there, though, you collide with someone rather abruptly as they step straight into your path.
Your eyes shut tightly as you brace yourself for impact with the ground, but it never comes. The person reaches out and catches you before you can hit the floor, and a soft apology slips past their lips as they scoop you up.
Upon hearing that uniquely feminine voice speak its regret again, you peek your eyes open. What you see nearly makes the woman's effort to keep you upright moot; she's so gorgeous that your legs almost give out from underneath you.
Dirty blonde locks cascade over her shoulders in soft waves, half-mussed, half-pristine from your run-in. Her doe eyes are a velvety chocolate color, and you find yourself getting lost in them. Flickers of red show in them, illuminating almost rhythmically the longer she admires you.
Are those contacts? You ask yourself. They have to be.
She seems to be just as affected by your presence as you are of hers.
"Y/N, I'm coming to get you!"
Willow does her best to sound like a villain from a 90s horror film as she clambers her way closer to you, bumping into a few people on the way. You're brought out of your stupor by her rapidly approaching footsteps, and you take a step away from the woman. Her hands fall from your waist, where they had previously been resting.
Stealing a quick look at the bathroom, you feel your stomach turn.
Damnit. Someone's in there now.
Screw this sexy stranger for distracting you. Now you'll have to deal with Willow's wrath.
"What's wrong?"
There's that voice again.
Part of you wants to brush it off and slip away quietly, but an even bigger part of you is determined to stay where you are and tell her. Something about her pulls you in, and you're having a hard time denying it.
"I need to hide. I glitter-fied my friend and now she's coming after me."
The woman's plump lips pull back in a humored smile, and she nods as a chuckle leaves her. "Right," she says, like that's a common occurrence. "I can help, if you'd like."
"How?" You ask, your brows momentarily knitting together in confusion. When she unties and opens the black cloak that's wrapped around her body, your breath catches.
"You in?" She asks, side eyeing the foyer as Willow nearly careens into the Egyptian vase that her mother bought her last year for Christmas.
You take a deep breath and hold your hand out to her just as Willow rounds the corner, and she swiftly pulls you in close before you can be spotted. She winds the cloak around both of your bodies, concealing your faces as the fur-lined hood falls atop your heads.
Unconsciously, you wrap your arms around her waist and pull her flush up against you to further ensure your safety. She quietly grunts when she stumbles over her own feet, falling into you a little.
"Sorry," she whispers, though her third apology of the night is unnecessary. You almost want to thank her for what happened.
Especially when her warm breath fans across your right cheek, where her head is angled.
Every breath you take pushes you closer to each other, and the satin shirt she's wearing slides against your heated skin. She swallows thickly as one of your hands falls to the small of her back, testing the waters.
When she shifts a little to encourage you, you're acutely aware of the thigh that's worked its way between your legs.
When did that happen?
You bite back a sigh as she just smirks, quietly shushing you.
Willow thunders by, shouting your name and threatening to throw you into the pool when she tracks you down. You want to laugh at that, but you'd honestly welcome it right now. Some cold water would surely bring you to your senses after being led astray by this goddess in front of you.
Her footsteps grow distant as she makes her way outside, still searching.
The two of you remain as you are for a couple more minutes until you're certain that the coast is clear, and then you part. When she lowers the cloak, you look away; a deep blush has worked its way up your neck and across your cheeks, and letting her see it would surely make you die of embarrassment.
She keeps her eyes on you as she reties the cover around herself, attempting to get a read on you. The bashful aura that's befallen you is cute, no doubt, but she can sense your arousal. She can smell it on you, and the scent is beginning to drive her crazy.
You fiddle with the sleeves of your costume, readjusting them nervously.
"So, um… thanks," you say, sneaking a glance up at her.
The red hues in her eyes are even more pronounced now, and the sight makes you press further into the wall behind you -- the one that you were previously pushed up against.
"No problem," she smiles, showing off her pearly white teeth. Two of them catch your attention; a set of fangs now shine, looking alluring and threatening all at the same time.
There's only one issue: you're certain that they weren't there when you first bumped into her. When did she put them in? And why do they look so real?
The feeling of her hand landing on your forearm pulls you away from the millions of questions that're firing off in your head right now.
"May I ask your name?" She politely requests, dipping her head down sweetly.
"Y/N," you breathe out, quickly realizing that you'd do just about anything she asked you to.
"Y/N." She repeats, allowing the letters to blend in her mouth as they roll off her tongue. She looks satisfied for some reason as she says it again, trying it out.
"I'm Lisa."
"It's nice to officially meet you," you smile, reaching a hand out. Her touch is gentle but firm as she takes it, shaking it with ease.
"Likewise, beautiful."
The grin on your face only widens at the name, and you pull your hand away out of fear of what she might do next. She's already putting you under her spell, and you're sure that another touch would have you fully entranced.
She studies you with pursed lips for a moment, clearly debating on something. Her eyes flicker over the dips and curves of your body as a smirk grows on her lips.
"What are you thinking?" You question, curious but teasing.
"That I'd love to have your body on mine again."
She's bold, and she says it like the fact it is. No shame, no bashfulness. Just true, honest desire.
You bite the inside of your cheek at her bravery, silently thanking the universe for it. The likelihood of you gaining the courage to make a move is slim to none even in the best cases, and this was no exception. She already has your heart skipping beats and you've only known her a few minutes.
"How about a dance?" She suggests, quirking a brow. The look on her face disarms your defenses, and you take a deep breath before agreeing to your demise.
"That sounds wonderful."
She dips her head again, hiding her face away momentarily, and you think it's the cutest thing ever.
She's shy all of a sudden as her cool demeanor slips up a bit, and that never happens. You might just be her downfall, too.
She holds an elbow out and steps forward, allowing you to link your arm with hers and cuddle in close.
Her eyes scan across the living room as she studies it, but she's unimpressed.
Sweaty, winding bodies thrash around to some upbeat pop song that's been overplayed on every radio station in town for weeks now, and the idea of taking you there puts her off.
When a drunk boy comes into view with a dildo strapped to his forehead, her mind is officially made up.
"Let's go outside," she says, leading you through the patio doors.
A quaint gazebo sits on one side of the yard, and the dance floor that Willow's family installed a couple years ago occupies the other. Both are decorated with string lights in combinations of gold, purple, black, and orange. Other ornaments adorn the surfaces as well, and you smile when you spot a comically large spider sat atop the gazebo's roof.
"Where would you like to go?" Lisa asks, keeping her voice low. It's calm and deep, running a chill through you.
Softer music plays out here, offering a totally different vibe than inside. Some couples -- many of them introverted, assumably -- sway on the dancefloor as the DJ that Willow hired takes a sip of her drink on the raised stage. She adjusts a few switches slowly, not rushing for a second.
"Let's try the gazebo," you decide, glancing over your shoulder at Lisa. She's looking away, but you don't think anything of it as the two of you fall in step with one another on your way over.
Shit, Lisa thinks to herself.
Her plans to come to this party, feed, and make a quick getaway are totally derailed. She'd hoped to find a victim that she was attracted to but didn't like, if that even makes sense, and feed like the animal she is. Then she would leave them like all the rest, drained but still alive, and slip away.
But now she's met you, and any desire for those plans have been thrown out the window.
You interest her, and that doesn't happen often. She hasn't met someone who's been capable of doing that in years, and she's intrigued. Something about you just pulls her in, inexplicably, and she knows her feelings would be glaringly obvious if you saw her face right now.
"Woah, look at this," you sigh, stepping out of her hold to check the place out. A bench runs the perimeter of the gazebo, only stopping at the doorway, and the lights look even prettier from inside. They shimmer, looking like star showers as their strings hang down in the windowless openings of the building.
Lisa quickly learns that she loves seeing you like this. Your eyes are alight, and your sweet smile of wonder warms her heart. Her hands slip into her pockets as she eventually manages to take her eyes off you, following your lead as she admires the decorations.
She does a twirl, looking around.
"It's gorgeous."
"I know, right? This is totally up Willow's alley," you say, grinning at the mental image that you can conjure up of her giddily spiffing the scene up.
"I'll have to thank her for making it look so special, then," Lisa says, smiling. The place really makes you feel like you're in your own little world; everything about it is just right. The ambience, the decor, the company… it’s perfect, and Lisa's content with how the evening is playing out.
Her fingers skate down your arm as she nears you, trekking their way down to your palm. She takes your hand and spins you, watching with admiration as your hair flows in the breeze. Now facing her, you thread your fingers together around the back of her neck as she encircles your waist with her arms.
"Why have I never seen you around?" You ask sincerely, looking up at her.
She hesitates briefly. "My university is a few towns over. I just come here to visit my family every few months."
Not a total lie, she thinks to herself.
"And stop by terrible parties like this, of course." You add, smirking.
She shakes her head at that. "No, I can't say I do. I just decided to check this one out on my way to my friend's house." She explains.
Underneath your cloak, her hands find their way to the small of your back. One stays put while the other dips a little lower, testing the waters.
"And besides," she starts again, feeling you pull her closer. "Meeting you here automatically makes this an awesome party. Not terrible."
"Cheeeesy!" You scrunch your face up and groan, making her laugh.
"Maybe, but it's the truth."
"Sure, Lisa."
She shakes her head and you laugh lightly together, still swaying about. You hold her close enough to rest your head on her shoulder, and the pads of your thumbs rub small circles on the sensitive skin of her neck. She hums at the feeling, and you take note of the way she relaxes in your arms.
The night breeze appears again, performing a flowing dance of its own as it lulls past you in waves. A slight chill resides in it, mixed with a generous amount of the day's sweet, fading heat, and you're at peace.
The slow song that had been playing across the yard ends delicately, parting with some melodic feature that resembles a warm embrace, and it blends seamlessly into the next song.
Turning Page, you recognize it as.
Huh, how ironic. One of your favorites.
Lisa's lips brush against your cheek as she turns her head slightly, whispering, "I like this one, too."
How did she know? You ask yourself. You hadn't said it out loud…
Maybe she's just a good guesser. Yeah, that's gotta be it.
You feel yourself melt as she begins singing the words to you. It's hushed and sentimental -- meant only for your ears to hear, and that makes it even more special to you.
"If I had only felt the warmth within your touch"
She croons, pressing her cheek against your warm skin. You blush, catching yourself when you remember what the next line of the song is.
"If I had only seen how you smile when you blush"
She brings a hand up to cup your cheek in her palm, and her other arm remains around you, holding you tenderly.
"Or how you curl your lip when you concentrate enough"
Now, her thumb runs across your bottom lip. You look into her eyes and find them an even deeper shade of red than they had been before, but it doesn't frighten you for some reason. She glances down at your mouth again, fighting her impatience as she waits for permission from you.
"I would have known what I was living for all along"
You nod and lace your fingers in her locks, and she doesn't waste another second.
She leans in, humming against your lips when they meet hers for the first time. Her lipgloss spreads across them upon contact, smudging its precise application, but she doesn't seem to care in the slightest. She draws you in closer, and you bring both of your hands around to cup her face as you deepen the kiss.
Her mouth is welcoming against yours, and it moves languidly as you get adjusted to one another. Every move makes you feel dizzier than the one before it, and swarms of butterflies take flight in your stomach with no signs of stopping.
She nips at your bottom lip as her hands dip far lower than before, now kneading your ass as your kisses continue to work her up.
"Fuck," you curse, breaking away from her lips to catch your breath. She's stolen it all from you, and yet she's still not ready to give you a rest; her mouth drops to your jaw, embracing your skin there before moving down to your neck.
She doesn't realize how dangerous the game she's playing truly is until it's almost too late.
Her lips press to the area just above your pulsepoint, where she's learned over the years that blood pumps the hardest and tastes the sweetest. She draws it into her mouth, swirling her tongue over the area as her ears perk up at the breathless sound of your moans. They spur her on, and she nips at the skin, surely leaving a hickey.
Her senses become even more clouded when you say her name, the title caught somewhere between a whine and command, and she feels the strong impulse to claim you. The sensation is overwhelming, and she knows you can feel it too.
Your hands tug on the collar of her shirt as she lets her fangs fully extend, no longer suppressing them. They rake across your pulsepoint, making you shiver against her.
"Please…"
That's all you manage to get out before they pierce your skin, eliciting a whimper from you. Blood fills her mouth instantly, sliding across her taste buds in velvety waves and calming her constant craving. Your hands tighten in her hair, and the delicious twinge of pain that it provides only encourages her more.
Your blood is different than anything she's ever tasted; it's richer -- sweeter. A throaty groan leaves her as she savors it, and you shut your eyes in pleasure. It's addicting, but she knows she has to stop herself before she hurts you. If she continues like this much longer, she won't have the willpower to let go.
She retracts her fangs as she licks your taste from them, and then you feel her warm tongue clean the wound she made. It stings a bit, but in all the right ways.
When she pulls back to look at you, she finds your eyes half-lidded and a pleased smile on your face. It nearly kills her, then and there.
Her gaze flickers back to your neck to admire the hickie she made earlier, but what she sees surprises her. Below it is a darker, more prominent marking that she's only seen other vampires leave behind before.
Definitely not a hickie.
Your brows furrow as you look at her neck as well, noticing a faint outline of something growing darker by the second. Blinking a few times to ensure that you aren't hallucinating, you find that it's really there.
"Lisa, what's on your neck?" You ask.
"A soulmate mark." She responds, feeling a sense of belonging settle over her as she looks at you again. You just confirmed her suspicions by asking that.

Jisoo
Jisoo propped her head up with her hand as she laid next to you, your body rising and falling rhythmically as you were fast asleep next to Jisoo. Despite the comparison to her in terms of looks, Jisoo couldn’t help but be taken away by your looks, your hair slightly ruffled, your mouth slightly opened, and a few drops of drool detected as soaked into the pillow case you were cuddling. You looked so human, no filters or makeup to try glam up your appearance, you looked completely and utterly regular.
And Jisoo thought you were the most beautiful.
She reached out and gently traced her finger down your neck and along your shoulder, take note to how your eyebrows furrowed slightly at the touch and unconsciously shrugged your shoulder to try get rid of the tickling touch, making Jisoo smile in the process.
“Cute.” She said out loud, rather saying it to herself than to you, even though it was about you.
Watching you sleep was one of Jisoo’s favorite pass times, even though it would sound rather creepy if she said it out loud, however being alive as long as she has, there is only so many things that can keep a vampire entertained, hobbies usually fading away within a few years. While Jisoo has accepted her life as a vampire, it didn’t mean that she didn’t miss some of the things she was able to do when she was human, like sleeping.
Sleeping was perhaps one of the few things which Jisoo did miss because to just rest her mind and body for a few hours, supplied warmth by a blanket, it was something that was so simple and yet so comforting. Jisoo is slight envious of humans to be able to escape the real world problems for a few hour with their sleep, their minds just being put at ease for a small while, just a small escape from reality. Jisoo was envious of that, because as she did not need sleep, she was forced to relive and stay with her thoughts and feelings, unable to have any escape for them, not even for a few hours.
But somehow Jisoo has found herself finding some kind of peace whenever she stayed the night with you, her eyes soaking in your sleeping sight as your slept in her company, feeling safe enough for her to watch over you and not do anything strange or overwhelming. At certain times during the night, you would shift closer to Jisoo and wrap and arm around her, sometimes tossing your leg over her as well to keep her in a vice grip, something which Jisoo always smiled at. She could easily remove herself from your clutches, but she chose not to, because the warmth of your body could be resembled to the warmth she felt under a blanket when she was human, giving her a sense of nostalgia of her past life.
But as expected, you would not cuddle with her for long because of her cold body, eventually becoming to cold to continue hugging her, so you would remove yourself and roll over in your sleep, choosing to cuddle with one of your many pillows than with her, which would give a twist to Jisoo’s undead heart as she would be unable to provide you with a warmth that a partner was supposed to.
Jisoo sighed sadly, looking at your forlornly as you cuddled with your pillow, rolling away from her not too long ago because your body became too chilled from cuddling with Jisoo for too long. She reached out to trace your hair line, keeping her touch light to make sure that she didn’t wake you up, a slight warmth in her chest as she watched you sigh in your sleep, snuggling your nose into your pillow.
You were precious to her, precious in a way that you have given her some kind of boost in her vampire life. While Jisoo has had conquests before, very short lived ones due to how fragile humans are, but you have a spark in you which Jisoo has not seen in a while. Perhaps its was because you reminded her slightly of how she was in the past, but no matter, Jisoo adored you. You were a special one to her, and even though she does not know how long it will last between the two of you, she will revel in the time that she has with you.
“Jisoo...” You mumbled in your sleep, muffled in the pillow but still easily clear for Jisoo due to her vampire hearing. Jisoo smiled.
“I’m here my love, I’m here.” She spoke back, twirling a piece of your hair around her finger, a look of endearment on her face.
Jennie
Jennie has always done whatever she wanted, even when she was still human, one of the upsides of being the daughter of one of the most powerful generals in the country. Whenever she demanded something, it was granted, and it was no different when she was given the chance of immortality, to not die and wither away like everyone else around her. It took little work to get it, and centuries after she was turned, Jennie has just taken whatever she wanted, lathered in luxury and capable of doing things that most couldn’t imagine doing.
And yet...
“Come on Jennie, we are almost there.”
Your hand was tight in hers as you tugged her up the mountain, a delighted smile on your face even though you have fall more than a dozen times trying to scale the rough landscape. Even though Jennie could have easily sped up to the top of the mountain with you in her arms with ease, you were determined to do it the right away, through earning it through your own labor and hard work.
How human, Jennie thought to herself, tugging you as you stumbled once again on the landscape, making sure that you didn’t fall flat on your face. You flashed her a grateful grin before leaning in to press a kiss to her cheek.
“Thanks babe!”
Jennie crinkled her nose at the nickname. She did not understand why modern humans liked to call each other nicknames related to children and babies, Jennie no way resembled a baby and yet you liked to call her one. It confused her, and yet she allowed you to call her it.
“I still don’t understand why you wanted to do this so early in the morning.” Jennie stated, stepping over a protruding tree root which you had pointed out over tripped on it.
“Because the sunrise is going to come out soon! I don’t want to miss it!”
“It is not like you don’t see the sunrise every morning Y/N.” Jennie said, making you pause as you looked back at her with a surprisingly serious look.
“I see the sun rise everyday, but not with you. I want to watch it with you.” You said seriously, whipping around to continue with the hike, not realizing how flustered your words made Jennie.
While Jennie got a lot of benefits by being a vampire, one of the things which was a downfall was the fact that she could not walk in direct sunlight. Feeling like you are burnt alive is not exactly a pleasant feeling, hence why Jennie always hid indoors during the day or remained in shadows. So going out to see the sunrise was hardly something Jennie would do given her state of vampire, and yet she has allowed you to tug her on a morning hike just to see the sunrise.
The fact that you managed to make her do something which she never would have done herself says something about how important you are to her. While she has had many lovers in the past, vampires and humans alternatively, you were the one who managed to bring her to her knees, in more ways than one. Jennie Kim, someone who gave orders and never obeyed others, obeyed you so easily even though it could be to her own detriment. She would have thought she would change like she way she has changed since meeting you.
“We’re here!” You cheered, managing to get at the top of the mountain, or hill, without Jennie even realizing that the two of you were at the top. You then turned to Jennie and smiled before reaching out to gently grab her shoulders to move her in front of you. “Come on, its starting.”
Jennie moved to where you dictated and turned to look straight ahead, only to start when she caught sight of the sun rise. It was quick but slow at the same time, the colors of red, pink and orange filling the sky. She was slightly memorized at the sight, it being so long since she has seen one as she always just locked herself indoors to avoid the pain she could feel, and yet at the moment, she feels that pain would be worthwhile because even though many artists could paint a sunrise, it does not beat the real thing.
She felt arms wrap around her waist and a chin on her shoulder, air tickling the back of her ear as a nose nuzzled her.
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” You said, eyes locked on the same sunrise Jennie was witnessing.
Jennie nodded. That was all that she could really do. Even though you and her both knew that she needed to speed back down the mountain to the dark tinted car Jennie had to keep the sunlight out in the next few minutes, you both held out just a little longer to enjoy the sight and each other.
Chaeyoung
Chaeyoung wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, scowling when she saw the blood smeared on her skin when she pulled it away. Her evening meal was a lot more feistier than usual, which of course resulted in her having to get a little messy with her eating. She glanced at the limp body on the floor of the alleyway, his neck open with no blood to ooze from the wound because it was all consumed by Chaeyoung, sating her for the time being.
“You couldn’t just stay still.” Chaeyoung grumbled, bending down and picking up the body with ease, carrying it until she dropped it into the dumpster in the alleyway. “It would have been a lot less painful for you.”
Chaeyoung has stopped feeling guilty about drinking from humans a while ago, its simply being something that needed to be done in order to keep her alive. While she did hate needless death, if the option was between her and an old drunkard who has wasted his life away in bars and casinos, then the choice was obvious. She probably gave him a better chance at life, because if she didn’t catch him, then it would have been the loan sharks or the casino owners who would have drained him out, and that would just be a waste of blood.
The phone in her pocket suddenly started vibrating, the personalized charm letting Chaeyoung immediately know who it was. A smile immediately graced her lips as she opened the message, being greeted with a meme of a tongue sticking its tongue out with rainbow all around it.
-You done yet?- Y/N
Chaeyoung smiled and immediately texted back.
-Yes. I will head over now. Get the movie ready.”- Chaeyoung
-Twilight marathon, here we come!- Y/N
-For the thousandth time, it is inaccurate- Chaeyoung
-Don’t ruin a perfectly good vampire saga with your reality. Movies are meant for an escape- Y/N
Chaeyoung just shook her head before pocketing her phone and speeding out of the alleyway, making her way back to your apartment in record time. She tested the handle and the door easily opened, letting her in and greeted with the smell of takeout pizza and popcorn, along with a sharp curse form your mouth along with a rattle, prompting Chaeyoung to walk into the living room where she saw you rubbing your knee while glaring at your coffee table as you sat on the floor.
“Did the table call you names?’ Chaeyoung teased, her smirk remaining when you turned your glare on her.
“It attacked me!”
“Sure it did.” She nodded, chuckling when you just flipped her the finger. Chaeyoung tugged off her jacket and felt your gaze on her shirt, particularly on where the bloodstain from her dinner was.
“Did you get into a fight or something.”
“He didn’t make it easy.”
“Ah.”
You said nothing else, and Chaeyoung appreciated that because discussing her meals was not exactly something she liked to divulge in, especially since it consisted of killing other human beings. Deciding to make things easier, Chaeyoung tugged off her shirt, leaving her shirtless in your living room, and you whistled at her.
“I didn’t know it was my birthday.” Chaeyoung laughed.
“You get this more than just on your birthday Y/N.”
“Do I?” You asked innocently, eyes twinkling as you winked at her as Chaeyoung raised an eyebrow at you.
Even though you were way more fragile than what Chaeyoung was, the two of you made it work and to say the both of you kept each other satisfied was an understatement. Rolling her eyes, Chaeyoung walked over and pinched your cheek lightly, although firm enough that you slightly winced.
“Don’t be cheeky.”
“I’m not.” You argued, tugging your cheek away and rubbing it while looking at her with pouted lips. Chaeyoung scoffed.
“Liar.” She said, turning around and walking out the living room to your bedroom, where she knew that you had more than enough spare hoodies to spare her for the evening.
Lisa
There was nothing more that Lisa loved than flying through the air, feeling the wind through her hair and being completely weightless in the sky was addicting. As one of the most important sayings for creatures of her kind, when the sun was away, the vampires came out to play, and Lisa was always that creature of the night that enjoyed reveling in her powers while humans wandered around the streets below.
Reckless was hardly something new that Lisa has been called before, it often getting her into hot water, especially with others who happened to be humans. Lisa couldn’t exactly remember how many times she had revealed herself to humans, but she knew that it was fair amount since she had to deal with them afterwards. That was one of the most annoying things about being a vampire, she couldn’t just be herself. The second some human saw a creature with fangs, them immediately screamed in terror and started talking with those big mouths of theirs.
Humans were annoying, but they were something which Lisa both loved and hated. Hated because she always had to deal with them if they found out what she was, as well as that she had to hide herself and be wary of her surroundings in order to not reveal herself. But she did love them in terms that they were positively delicious, and sometimes fun if they humored her long enough.
But while she was soaring through the sky from building to building, it was fun enough on her own, but it was even funner when she had company, and the weight on her back with their arms and hands wrapped around her body was the exactly the company she needed, especially since she knew that they were having just as much fun as Lisa.
“Keep going Lis!” You cheered, squeezing your arms even more around her neck as Lisa took another running start and all but dove up into the air like a rocket off its launcher, letting out a tremendous whoop while doing so.
Lisa honestly was surprised when she happened to stumble across you in on a rooftop the one evening, startling you so much that you nearly went toppling off the building. And against her better judgement, she sped over to you and caught you before you could fall, thus exposing her vampire twice. When she saw your eyes widen as you took in the fact that she had blurred at super speed before catching you from falling, Lisa fully expected you to let out a horrified scream and call her a monster, or a demon, or whatever, like most humans did when she accidentally revealed herself.
And yet you didn’t.
Instead of screaming, you started asking her questions, lots and lots of questions while she literally held you on the roof edge, not at all terrified that she could push you off to your unfortunate death, bringing your human life to an end. Even though Lisa knew she should, it being a rule in the vampire community that our existence should bot be revealed to humans, she didn’t.
Instead Lisa pulled you away from the ledge and answered your questions, actually becoming startled herself when you wanted to peer into her mouth to see her fangs, even going as far to bring your finger forward to see if her teeth were razor sharp or not. And then of course you managed to fluster her if it was sensually pleasing for a human when being fed off by a vampire, which of course then lead to you asking her to drinking from you for the answer, something which Lisa readily didn’t agree to.
Against her better judgement, or rather her better knowledge, Lisa decided to let you live, and month afterwards, the two of you became more than just a predator and a prey, or ‘friends’ as you would like to call it. The two of you became lovers, two peas in a pod, two idiots who were in love. And now instead of prowling the nights on her own, she had a partner in crime who was still very much human but seemed to forget about it at times, especially since you were soaring through the sky with Lisa, arms and legs wrapped around her back.
“Higher Lisa!”
“Got it!”
It was always a competition to see if Lisa could go higher in the sky, although it was hardly a competition when Lisa was the only one competing, but Lisa humored you and herself by doing what you requested. Lisa loved her powers, and she fell in love with someone who probably loved her powers more than she did. Strange, but Lisa loved strange. And when she finally landed on one of the rooftops and let you off her back, she tugged you to her to plant a passionate kiss to your lips.
“You’re crazy.” She breathed, smile on her face which you reflected brightly.
“Not as crazy as you.”
Lisa laughed and then pulled you into another kiss, tangling her fingers into your hair while you slid your hands under her shirt to grasp at her ice cold skin on her lower back, trembling from both sensations you were feeling in the kiss.
