It’s probably okay, she’d fit into a girls group that’s one of the screaming ones, but I don’t think she really sings. Like listening to music and singing along are not really things that she does?

Hi! Thank you! Christ I haven’t worked on vampire industry in a while (and by in a while I mean November because I spent half of nano on it). I’ve got like four different scrivener folders for the different mutations of it.

1. 2017 nano (simply titled vampire sitcom)

2.its 2018 rewrite

These two were from Jude’s perspective and it was set like our world adjacent and vampires are secret.

These two were from Lenore’s perspective, and it was set in an alternate history version of our world where vampires made themselves known to humans at the beginning of the cold war and offered their wartime services in exchange for political power and being “out” (that’s why it’s called the cold war. I spent 30 minutes fucking around with emoji makers so i could make a simple vampire smiley. like it was just a smiley with fangs not the full vampire emoji. but it turns out that the only good emoji maker was removed so that copyright holders could profit off something that someone did for free, once again. so, I don’t have one. But imagine, if you will, a smiley, but with fangs.)

Somewhere in there (somewhere being 2018) I wrote a CAOS inspired au with witches starring oscar.

In case you couldn’t tell by this rant, vampire industry is a problem child. In general I think the characters are great and have a really interesting dynamic, but the plot never works out. When I eventually work on it again, I’ll probably go back to protagonist Jude, because I’ve decided it’s more important when vampires are antagonists and a threat to humanity that humans are the main characters (and because it’s more fun to watch jude struggle with his friendship with lenore from his perspective than it is from lenore’s). But I’ll probably keep the vampire capitalist worldbuilding. Don’t know.... what the plot is.... but.... i never do....
