Vampire Betty and Simon’s reactions to when the baby is born and they see them for the first time?
sorry for the delay! simon was pretty out of it when TEMPERANCE delivered morrigan due to the exhaustion of being in labor for two days and the medication for the caesarian. so for the first day, betty had morrigan all to herself! she was absolutely in love with their little miracle, who they'd been trying to have since before the mushroom war happened. she was so overcome by joy that their baby was here in her arms and wiggling and alive!
when simon came to the next day and got some blood in him he was asking for his wife and child, and betty was all too happy to oblige him.
that was about all simon could say coherently before dissolving into overjoyed proud dad bawling. he was sore as hell but he needed to hold his little guy and was so glad they're finally here! he didn't want to let go of them so he fell asleep with them in his arms (he was still pretty worn out from being in labor, and the pregnancy was hard on him.)
What does the vampire family feed the vampbaby?
as an infant, morri's diet consists mostly of blood with a bit of milk for extra nutrients they don't get from a sanguine diet. (fun fact, their bottle has a special sort of "nipple" where they bite in and suck, since they were born with their fangs) they take in a lot of nutrients and eat more than a normal baby.
when they get older they have a 50/50 of blood and regular food. they need both to remain healthy!
