At night I think about you. I think of what we could be. I think of our differences and similarities. I think of your smile and beautiful eyes. I think of all the possibilities. But do you think of me?

I watch everyone jump from relationship to relationship. Settling for less. They are always worried about the next because they don’t know what they truly want or don’t know how to love themselves or even worse, both. They all rush shit, they don’t know how to let shit grow. They always need someone there, someone to love them even if it’s fake. It’s really pathetic. Real love comes unexpectedly, and you can’t expect someone to truly love you unless you TRULY love yourself. Value your own worth or no one else will. Take the time to learn what you like and don’t like, and NEVER settle. Real love takes time.. and we have plenty of it. Stop looking, start living, evolve for YOU. It will change your life.

It’s so hurtful that everybody wants to say that I am their “friend.” Everybody comes to me when they are depressed or going through a difficult time, and I’m always there, always! But where are all these so called “friends” now? Now that I need someone to listen to me, in need of a “friend” to help my though my pain of losing someone I love. Where are y’all? Cause it damn sure ain’t no where near me. Not a simple “are you okay?” Nothing. It’s hurtful. But today is the day that I decided enough is enough. To many of you bitches take my kindness as a weakness. FUCK YOU! Don’t text me when your bitch ass is crying about your bullshit ass relationships, don’t call me when your loved one passes away. I don’t want to hear it. You guys are NEVER there for me. So I’m done being there for you.

The last nigga really broke my heart, and I’m not tryna waste my time again. Maybe I’m too straight forward but I just want to find someone that’s different. I’m not asking for love, I just want something that’s real.

I want a FRIEND that turns into a BESTFRIEND that eventually turns into a BOYFRIEND, and maybe, just maybe, one day turns into the LOVE OF MY LIFE. No need to rush shit.
