knight!wrio x princess!reader in which you’re betrothed to some other lord and he assigns wrio to be your personal knight. wrio’s a bit of a stickler when it comes to your safety and you find that it’s far easier to just drag him alongside your little adventures rather than to try and escape him and go off solo. so he’s accompanying you in the city as you try out yummy confections and buy cute accessories for yourself. and of course with time wrio becomes your lil confidant which is great because in a situation where you feel like everything’s out of your control, you finally have someone you can rely on. then comes the night of your wedding where you consummate your marriage with the lord as wrio stands guard outside your bedroom door and yes he can hear it all. the next morning you’re fuddled and complaining to wrio because as it turns out— sex kind of sucks! it’s overhyped and all of the smutty novels you’ve read lied to you (or so you think). but wrio laughs and is like, “i promise you, your highness, sex is not the chore you believe it to be.” and so OF COURSE he has to properly fuck you to prove that sex does not suck— your new husband just doesn’t know how to do his job
