okay for context,,,, in this particular case he’s not ... putting that much effort into it.  he doesn’t care if the body gets found later bc it won’t be linked back to him. 

he reeks of the blood on his hands.  Though Hannibal is sure they’ve been thoroughly washed, two creatures so careful and meticulous -- a monster recognizing monster.  The recognition barely lights his eyes, guarded and careful and guised in etiquette and pleasantry -- Hannibal welcomes him into the office.
