Devotion to the Light and Shadow

Hey! I don’t join Tumblr lately - still feeling weird everytime I use it - but that doesn’t mean I’m not working!

A year ago - more or less - I introduced you the first Sayaad sketches, a priestess who’s trying to find the balance between Light and Shadow. I’m playing Legion now and I’m absolutely in love with how they manage this polemic. So, that encouraged me to draw her more!

I’m still trying to get the right suit for her, but I can’t find in-betweens - it is too cultist alike, or not scary enough. Drawings’ suit is old and probably before Legion, because now she has Xal’alath in her power, her looks are all edgy. So... I’ll keep trying.

More things, more things... Oh! I don’t know if you remember Lukka, that child in Draenor who gives you a list of enemies to defeat. Well, my headcanon is, when Legion begins, he goes to the Exodar, and during its first attack, he hides on Sayaad’s mount to scape with her - but without her knowing -. She saved him twice (Draenor’s incursion and Legion’s attack on the Exodar), and as far as I know, he’s an orphan, so, who better than Sayaad to be his new mom?

So yea, Sayaad is mom! But during Legion, she had to call Hargand - her best friend - to take care of him. Can’t give you the real reasons behind because I’m doing a comic about that! But it is related to Xal’atath. Can’t say more!

Information nobody asked for: azure flowers are her favorite ones! Their colors are same as hers, their smeel and looks are both relaxing and beautiful...

Last panel is a redraw of a comic I did a year ago, about how she lost Hargand (before he became a deathknight) due to her unability to heal him in the worst time ever. She was too close to the shadows Light didn’t answer her call when she needed it the most, so... Hargand died and emerged as one of Arthas’ slave. Original panel:
