Tony looked Steve who was relaxing on the couch and he heard the shower going in Kara’s suit. It wasn’t that Steve hadn’t been there when Kara was home, they were partners but there weren’t any missions and he’d noticed that they were spending more time together. If he wasn’t mistaken, Steve looked like he might have even not went home from last night.
He scoffed. There’s no way that Steve had the guts to ask his daughter out but then, he also knew how much Kara liked Steve. Maybe she’d taken the lead and finally asked him. He wasn’t opposed to their match, he knew that Steve was inside a good guy but was anyone good enough for Kara, Tony wasn’t sure.
Moving to the couch, he took a seat at the opposite end and leaned back, arms spread out as he lounged. “Okay Cap. You know I love having you around but as I can tell, you spent the night. Seeing as I don’t live here anymore and you don’t have a mission to prep for and I’m quite sure that Karebear isn’t making you anything--- do tell what you were doing around here all last night? I mean--- you couldn’t have been here spending time with one of the most precious people to me were you, Steve?”
