“Yeah, I suppose so.” Thera leaned down a little toward the intercom. It didn’t really need that in order to pick up her voice, but not doing so meant you had to speak louder and more clearly, and she didn’t want to be echoing down the hall. Likewise, she hadn’t actually tried the door to Niner’s quarters, just in case it opened - she imagined all she’d see would be a big non-descript lump tucked in under the covers, but better to not take the chance.
“Just you missed the morning caf line and you’ve almost missed breakfast,” And something to do with a saucer of milk, but she wasn’t sure she should go there, “so I thought I’d check up on you.”
