I've come across a number of people who are using my dividers without providing credit.

(Un)Fortunately I try to open random profiles who interact with my posts to check what kind of aesthetics they like for their blogs and I've come across people having my dividers in their posts without tagging my account. What kind of a Shitty Ignorant behaviour is that !

I have put JUST ONE RULE for people to follow while using my dividers and that is to TAG me/Give Credit.

I put a lot of thought, effort and time for these dividers even though it's just a hobby, I constantly keep thinking about what new designs I could make. These are mere dividers or lines and colors to you maybe, but for me, it's MY WORK and even the oldest, shabbiest, least liked ones are dear to me.

I really appreciate people who comment, reblog with tags, share their ideas and ask for custom Dividers from me. I really thank them for showing so much love and support for this small blog 💗

I created my Tumblr account to follow astrology and tarot blogs because there are such intuitive and blessed readers here on this platform. Later I thought about sharing my art as well because I understood that people here are very understanding and inclusive. They respect and value what people offer for free and appreciate things as they are.

I'm so grateful for a number of artists here in my following list, whose artworks help me to keep myself motivated. I have an immense amount of respect for people who share their creativity with the world. Be it an Artist, Singer, Tarot reader, Astrologer, Writer, etc 😭🤌🏻...even Smau creators/Fiction writers. Period.

I have seen people using AI for readings, reposting without permissions/credit on other apps, copying artworks or simply not following rules before sending an ask or using someone's work. How can you do that? I'm assuming you never had to experience the feeling it brings. It gives the feeling of being used and taken advantage of without providing the bare minimum effort in return.

I humbly request people to not dishonour and insult the hardwork of someone else by showing such ignorant behaviour because it really breaks my heart. Don't fall so deep — where you forget basic human mannerisms.

I am requesting my followers/people who use my dividers to kindly check for credits if you ever come across my dividers on someone else's post. You can share the post or just the person's ID with me. It would mean so much if people support each other like that. 🫶🏻

Just had a thought and wanted to know if I could expect your support or interest in this.

So... If I start PAID DIVIDER REQUESTS with a minimum amount would you request them from me?

Once your paid request is taken, I'll keep a fixed time for submission of those paid dividers and you can ask me to send them privately so that only you can use them.

I'm in need of funds and I could only take out some time for dividers so I thought of doing this.

(I haven't decided on the pricing yet so...maybe $2/₹150 for 6 dividers and $6/₹500 for a set with 12 dividers+themed lines...Is it good enough you tell me)

And also what payment method would be best bcz I have no ko-fi or PayPal or whatever and I have ZERO idea about them 😭

If it works for most people I would try to work on this system and bring it out soon !

Also, the paid dividers will always be open even when my requests are closed and you can use them anywhere even outside Tumblr !

Credit will be appreciated but not compulsory since you'll already pay in return of those dividers.

Just sharing some screenshots because this time I'm not just going to rant my head off.

Started with @cinescence telling me that @thegirlwithpurpleeyes is using my dividers without credit. Here's the chat :) And her blog where she has used my dividers !

I didn't pay attention to the last message that cinescence sent me because I already told people to not complain about other people in my DMs and cannot trust anyone about that here anymore.

Here is the DM that I sent her and clearly, I got a very polite reply from a person using my work without crediting me and on top of that having the nerve to call me a bully.

As soon as I sent her the message, she edited her bio and mentioned me in it by writing "Dividers by - @uzmachiano". WHAT !? 😂🙂 (I took all the screenshots after this point)

Also, then I checked her blog and she was already getting anons so I commented on one of the posts saying that I'm not that Anon and also sent her a message in the DM. To my surprise those anons were somehow similar to the person's chat (cinescense) who told me they're using my dividers and to the messages that I sent this girl (thegirlwithpurpleeyes). BLOCKED THEM BOTH.

In the last screenshot, she says she's not gonna credit me bcz I'm a Bully :) Wow ! The audacity !!! I pity such people for being so low 🤣

Umm..WARNING : I AM NOT AFRAID to say it to your face if you're using my work without following the rules. I don't send ANONs to people.

So if you get an anon for my dividers please be aware because that is NOT me !🙂

I won't hesitate to block 100 accounts like these.

Lol people should just check her blog and look at what kind of asks she answers and make a judge of character ! Because I don't talk shit here about people. I was never involved in such shitty behaviour unless people came to me talking behind each other's back.

I just found out about your blog because cinescense told me that you're using my dividers without credits ! And you were clearly doing that, so you were confronted about that. Don't go on about bullying and what not, when I didn't even have an idea about your existence before I sent you that DM.

Again, I'm just here to make and share dividers but some people are too full of themselves, they just want to hog all the credit for themselves without putting in the work !

I didn't ask anyone to fight with someone for using my dividers. I only ask people to let me know if someone is not providing credits. And people who have no work on here, have made a job out of it by bullying people and they are anons so even I have no idea who's doing that. I never supported anyone to speak in my place ! I don't support bullying and I'm not involved with anything as such. I don't talk about anything else other than dividers/requests or credits.

Ever since my last post about bullying I've turned anon off, so now they've found a new way to get to me :)

Hello followers and non-followers🫶🏻

This post was a long time coming, so I decided to post about this issue and then decided not to, but people have been testing my patience lately. So, here it is.

There will be some new rules mentioned in this post, that I don't feel the need to add in my rules list because I think they just talk about basic human decency which some people have taken for granted.

Firstly, let me say this is not about just one person ! So no one's pointing fingers at anyone. If the things I say, relate to you in any way then you better rethink your life decisions and how you interact with people here.🙂

I know this blog is for dividers but I do like talking to people. Sometimes, I tend to talk a lot on various topics too. So, lately I've been receiving complaints from people who are getting bullied here. The conversation always starts with dividers and then something different which then leads to the bullying information and honestly speaking I do feel really bad if that's happening to you but I cannot sit here and judge who's telling the truth or who's right or wrong.

They share screenshots about asks, posts, comments and multiple profiles created by one person. I cannot block one person and track all of their other profiles that they've created just to use my dividers without credits or to bully people or just for their multiple interests. I don't have that much time to put into just existing on this blog.

If, unfortunately, this ever happens to me, I can just make it public and ask people to share the information about that person who is bullying me, get help from the police if that escalates or leave this app for good. It's your choice what you decide. So, it's no use telling me or anyone in their DMs who to trust or not. Just ask everyone for support to reshare your post with your story.

I don't have any issue deleting this app the day it starts hindering my peace of mind but we know it's not the app but specific people. So, before leaving I will see to it that all the people involved are made public and I will pray that they don't enjoy peace for long enough in their life after doing what they did because this kind of behaviour just cannot be accepted.

Here are some things I've come across in recent days :

• There are people who are not allowing people to use MY dividers claiming it's their own or are used for their profile so cannot be used by others.

• My answers to asks are used for thrashing other people by stating that I think a certain way and the answer to a particular ask was about you, etc.

• Creating multiple accounts to just use my divider without credit.

• Sending me screenshot or proofs of anon asks, blogs, posts stating it's created by one particular person who is bullying the person who shared it with me.

• People using my divider that I use for my theme for their accounts/posts. I never made a post of them for public use.

I am just creating dividers here. Idk what you do for passing time here but see to it that you don't hinder anyone else's peace. I cannot stand people being mean to other people in any way but don't even think of trying to involve me into that and make me the bad person in someone else's story. Idk what kind of things you plan out to just make a person's life into a living hell but don't you DARE drag me into your mess. I don't entertain such people in my life in any form.

The rules you should be aware of from now on or you'll simply be blocked :

DON'T TRY TO COMPLAIN OR DEMEAN ANYONE IN MY DMs. You should post publicly about such bullies or if you have that big of an issue with someone here, I think it's better you go to the Police. I cannot help if you go around complaining about one another in my Inbox because I don't know who to believe.

I don't hate anyone here. EVERYONE CAN USE MY DIVIDER that I post for Tumblr usage.

If you want to request DIVIDERS FOR PERSONAL USE OR FOR YOUR BLOG, let me know in advance. I will send them to you in DM or if you allow, I'll make a post of those dividers but with the Rule saying that they can only be used by @/yourblogname. Let me know if you ever change your username, I'll update that too.

The ASKS I answer ARE to answer your questions and NOT AIMED AT ANYONE SPECIFICALLY. If I have to say something to you, I will say it directly by sending a DM or tagging you in the post itself. I only try to address a problem on my profile if it happens more than once.

If you see someone is USING MY DIVIDERS WITHOUT CREDITS, send an ask with the USERNAME AND LINK of the post. And That's it ! I'll comment or DM that person by myself. You don't have to fight for me in any way. It's not that big of a crime, it's simply about ethics and rules not being followed here🙂 If someone does not reply to my comments or messages within 3 days, I'll block that account because that simply means they are one big Ignorant being with no morals, ethics or respect for other people's work.

DO NOT USE DIVIDERS MADE FOR MY PROFILE or for my sister's blog @/tarotofhope. The dividers posted in the DIVIDERS LIST → under the "DIVIDERS" tab → from my Masterlist/Pinned Post are the ONLY dividers for your usage. Rest are made by me specially for my profile and my use only. — This includes the lines, dashed lines, Ask answered, curvy sparkle line and other dividers that I use(some of these I've used in this post itself). I don't use any of the dividers I make for public posting, that's why I created theme related dividers, banners, and Profile picture of my own that I can use for my blog and do not allow for your use.

YOU CANNOT USE MY DIVIDERS ON ANY OTHER PLATFORMS OTHER THAN TUMBLR. This is also mentioned in my divider rules but people are ignoring it for no reason and even reblogging with tags that say they're going to use them on so and so platform. Please do not use someone's work without going through their profile. Do not edit or repost any of my dividers.
