Although he doesn’t really talk about it often, much less actually partake in the hobby, Ventus likes singing and is very good at it. Sometimes he hums to himself when no one is around, but even then he is very careful.

The first member of the Union Cross Eight to learn about Ven’s hobby was Skuld, who accidentally found him singing in his room. He was defensive about it at first, but Skuld told him that she thought he was good and she thought the others would like it too. Since then, he’s started to sing more frequently and openly.

Despite what one may think when looking at her, Skuld is quite a glutton and possesses an incredible appetite. No one knows how she can devour so much food in so little time with so little effort, let alone do so and stay so small.

On one of her dates with Ephemer, they went to a restaurant that had a deal that if a customer orders and can finish a 32 ounce (0.9 kg) steak, then it’s free. Not only did Skuld finish the steak, but also two baked potatoes, three bottles of milk, half a loaf of warm bread, and for dessert, half a chocolate chip skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream.

Ephemer is the oldest of seven siblings, with the next oldest after him being fourteen and the youngest being six. In descending order of age, they are named Ral, Transce, Sien, Tem, Pura and Rairy. These siblings were very close, and even had matching scarves of different colors from the rainbow. Because of his large family, Ephemer is used to being around and caring for young children.

Ral, Transce and Sien followed Ephemer when he decided to join the Unicornis union and the three of them even started their own party. Sadly, all three of them would perish in the Keyblade War. Tem, Pura and Rairy would be lost along with the rest of Daybreak Town.

When Brain came out as trans to his parents, they didn’t take it very well. A heated argument ensued that lasted for almost an hour. In the end, his parents told him that he would either stay at home and work or go off and join a Union.

The last time that Brain saw them was when he flipped two middle fingers at them as he walked backwards out of their house and toward the recruitment area.

It’s fairly common knowledge among the Union Cross Eight that Lauriam keeps a flower garden. It contains nearly every known type of flower and even a few trees, and Lauriam takes great care and effort to make sure that it is well tended to and that the flowers are not damaged in any way. Still, he will happily let his friends see it if they ask him.

However, he also keeps a second garden hidden and in secret. This one exclusively has flowers with meanings of happiness and love. He only intends to share it with the one that he wants to share his life and his heart with.

Despite her fondness and proficiency in using similar attacks, Elrena used to be absolutely terrified of thunder and lightning storms. To the point that she couldn’t even look outside when a storm was happening, and could only stay huddled under a pile of blankets under a bed until it stopped. If someone she cared about was outside during a storm, she would become incredibly worried and anxious about their safety. Another consequence of this phobia was that she couldn’t even cast a basic thunder.

It wasn’t until Lauriam helped her that she was able to get over her fear. Now she actually enjoys storms and rain, sometimes even going outside when it’s safe enough.

Strelitzia loves just about all living things. Her fondness for plants is fairly obvious, but she also loves almost every type of animal and finds them adorable. Because of this, she decided to become a vegetarian at a fairly young age.

Eventually, the topic came up in conversation and she told them. Lauriam, being an older sibling who likes to playfully tease his little sister, jokingly told the others that it was because she hated plants. She was pretty angry with him for that, but after a bit, she also found it funny.

Namashi is very good at sewing and knitting. A lot of her free time is spent making new things, from clothes to blankets and even plushies. All of which are made very well, since they improved their skills over time.
