Miwashiba just posted that picture and a link to the Good Smile Kuji (lottery) that'll be starting up again this year March 8, and apparently one of the lottery prizes will be... an ochin graphig, or more specifically, graphig ABS (plastic versions instead of the original paper designs).

The Good Smile Company twitter has also posted pictures of the other prize sets, as well! For overseas interested in getting any of these, your best bet would be checking auction sites. (I bought the keychain sets from the last kuji off of Yahoo Japan auctions)
