Limited Edition UNIQLO Tamagotchi 25th Anniversary T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Tote Bags!

How cute is this? Bandai Japan just announced that they’ve partnered up with UNIQLO, specifically the Asakusa store in Japan where you can create your own Tamagotchi t-shirt, hoodie, or tote bag! UTme, a service where you can make your own t-shirts will allow you to choose your Tamagotchi design and have it pressed onto a new t-shirt, but it is not limited to just t-shirts! You can choose from a basic t-shirt, sweat shirt full zip hoodie, tote bag, and even a mini tote bag.

You can customize any of these items to your liking which is really cool! There are several images and characters to choose from to make your item personalized, including the new Tamagotchi Smart characters, and some really cute scenes and graphics from the Tamagotchi style guide.

If you purchase two or more items, then you’ll receive a poster of the Tamagotchi 25th Anniversary design (limit three per person) which features all the Tamagotchi’s over the 25 years! This campaign is limited, and once supplies sell out, the program will be closed. No word on pricing for any of the items. You can even meet Mametchi at UNIQLO Asakusa store on Saturday, April 23rd at 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00!

UNIQLO Tamagotchi 25th Anniversary Merchandise is Back!

The second time sure is a charm! Due to popular demand the collaboration between UNIQLO and Tamagotchi that occurred at the Asakusa UNIQLO store back in April is back on sale starting Friday, July 22nd 2022. This time things are different, the merchandise will be available to purchase at all UNIQLO stores in Japan, as well as the UTme! Website so you can order from home!

The merchandise from the first event will be available for purchase including the tote bags, t-shirts, and more. The patterns and designs from the first event will also be available, but there are some new ones! New graphics include the stamp design which includes images of vintage Tamagotchi pixels and even some in color to help celebrate the legacy of Tamagotchi. It is important to note that combination of the first wave of designs and second designs cannot be combined on the merchandise of your choice.

No word on how long this event will run for, but based on the last event from April 2022 it ran for roughly a week. If you’re in Japan be sure to create your own custom 25th anniversary Tamagotchi merchandise at a UNIQLO store, or online at the UTme! store.

UNIQLO + UTme! Asakusa Store Tamagotchi Event Ends This Weekend

If you’re in Japan, head over to the Asakusa UNIQLO store this weekend! Bandai Japan has just announced that the Tamagotchi 25th anniversary decorations will be up int he store until Sunday, May 1st 2022, and the opportunity to make custom shirts and tote bags will end on Monday, May 2nd 2022!

Those who have made the trip have really enjoyed the event and got their hands on some nice high quality Tamagotchi merchandise! We’re drooling over the selection of graphics you can use to customize your shirt or tote bag! Head over this weekend before it’s too late.
