A piece of art that wasn't made on my 3ds for once! This is my entry for the Usuki Couture/UsukiCon contest. I made the usuki magical hair doll in Lego Stud.io and then put the cover together in Photopea. I was trying to recreate the NC magazine cover background so I could submit multiple angles of the render in one image. I made everything from scratch and the text (besides the titles) is all original too! I should have saved what I submitted for the "in universe flavor text" but oh well.
The extra tiles on her hair are supposed to be the glitter clear tiles, but they didn't really show in the renders. I then tried adding in extra sparkle, but it looked too busy, so I just left the tiles in. Not bad for a studio render tho.
Oh, and since Usuki is Neopets Barbie, I tried to mimic's Barbie's iconic white shades and heels from her 50's swimsuit look.
