“Excuse me.”

There was no reason for the young detective to interrupt this stranger. The other boy had seemingly just been minding his own business. Perhaps he’d been reading something? Or he was lost in consideration, possibly thinking about the circumstances he’d found himself in. Either way, he’d been standing in the village center alone, and Akechi took that as an invitation to approach.

“I apologize for the interruption.” He began, a sheepish laugh following the words. “I was curious if you were a new arrival here as well?”

In truth, the young man had vowed to himself that he’d try to talk to at least a couple new people every day. At least until he had a good idea of the makeup of the village. He wanted to find out anything he could. He wanted to be able to make a plan for his future. Besides, this boy looked to be around his age. He figured he could be a good starting point.

“Wouldn’t most kids avoid involving themselves in anything sketchy?”

He says, despite the fact that he himself would be considering a kid as well. Placing his hands behind his back, The Informant smirks.

“But maybe a weirdo like me is planning something sketchy, although I really don’t see why I’d tell you, when you’re a total stranger.”

10.What do you love about your muse?The thing I love about this muse is that Fushimi is so blunt and honest. He tells things as is. He doesn’t beat around the bush he gives things straight and to the point. He will speak his mind.

11.What do you hate about your muse?The thing that I hate about Fushimi is that he is so emotionally closed off. He can be so indifferent its just so frustrating. Let yourself feel dammit!

Akechi could probably go on about anything. He’s very comfortable talking and he’s used to having to make conversation with all sorts of people, even when he’s not interested in the subject in the least. He’ll often go out of his way to learn about and experience things that a lot of people like talking about so that he can better have those conversations. One of the examples of this is his knowledge of high-end restaurants and fancy foods. He doesn’t actually care too much about the taste a lot of the time, but he’ll wait in lines and try the hottest new places so that he’ll be able to use it as a conversation point.

He does genuinely enjoy conversations that challenge him, though, and will happily get into a thoughtful debate. He also enjoys sharing knowledge or asking questions to learn more.
