hi! oh so many, this is going to be long, sorry, i put way too much thought in this. i would love to have more than ten villagers because a lot of them are just so cool and even if they aren’t in my top 10 i just can’t walk past them, i have to invite them to live on my island, so i already have a few super cute ones that weren’t really even on my list but now i just can’t let them go.

most of my dreamies and most of the villagers i have on my island right now have the normal personality type, which i didn’t realise would become a problem at some point, i didn’t really pay attention to it in the beginning and just picked some that i thought were really cute, but the more villagers i invited the more they kept repeating the exact same things to me and they kept having the exact same conversation with each other and as much as i love them, it is a little bit annoying that there is no real variety in what they say or do, so unfortunately i had to make some changes.

there are two that i knew from the beginning i absolutely had to have no matter what, fauna and lolly, i haven’t found lolly yet, but i recently found fauna after way too many nook mile tickets, but it was worth it, i love her, i think i’m going to build her a little forest area with lots of flowers...

when i realised i should probably get one villager of each personality type to bring some variety to my island i added marshal, audie and roald to my list, and i kinda also really want beau and molly, but i can’t possibly get any more normal villagers and i already have a lazy villager and i’m running out of space. i would also not pass up raymond if i ever found him. and there are lots of others that i like as well but i can’t have all of them and that’s sad. 

so my perfect line up would probably be: lucky, fang, olivia, fauna, marshal, roald, lolly, audie..

and then i need to decide whether i’m going to let melba, mitzi or marina go and i really don’t want to do that, but i only have 10 spots. i know i should let mitzi go in terms of originality, if i keep her i’ll have 3 cat villagers by the end of it, and i want to have different animals on my island if possible, also her house is a bit boring and by far not as pretty as some others, but mitzi is arguably currently my favourite villager because her initial catchphrase is ‘mew’ and that’s just adorable, and i’ve also had her the longest out of these 3, so i’m really not sure what i want to do here. i just really hope i never find beau, raymond or molly because i could probably not resist either of them.

i also kinda want to make it a cats only village for reasons… but i’m not going to.
