It was a warm dusky evening at the Great Marsh in Pastoria City, Sinnoh. Rex waited for his date outside the building. It would be simple enough date, he thought. They would go look at the pokemon and perhaps catch one if they wished. While it wasn’t the first choice most would make for a dating location, it was far from boring. It beat making small talk by candlelight listening to pretentious classical music in his opinion. At least this way they both have something to experience together and this eased up the pressure for either to engage in the dreaded “small talk”.

Crossing his arms he leaned against the wall as he waited for his date to arrive.
