The U.N. plans to release its full report by September. But in fact who needs their 'official' reports? There's no need in the U.N.'s papers to say black students are being discriminated, mocked at and even beaten by their white classmates. Black students are those who receieve more severe punishments if they don't do well at schools. Black students can't fully exercise their human rights.
