Gym Time!! Abs & cardio today. I like to spend a full workout just on abs & low back. Next to glutes/leg day... It's my 2nd favorite day. I like to really challenge myself, get creative and make up moves... Have you ever tried slam balls? They're so awesome. The one I'm using is a 25lb sand filled ball. In this exercise I squat and lift the ball using my legs, my core and upper body are engaged as I stand and flex my abs and throw the ball at the ground. This is also a great fat burner due to the fast & intense movement. I do this with my @hourglassworkout girls on a regular basis. Thanks so much to @upvibe for the adorable workout onesie !
