i actually read a little bit of the manga for cells at work code black waaay back when because i watched the original when it aired and thought a dark comedy spinoff could be funny. but it was just really gross especially when they got to that chapter about stds and... it was disgusting i couldnt put up with it. even writing-wise i think its dumb bc its so over the top with its suffering that its not even funny its just edgy, like in the middle school edgelord kinda way not even in an interesting way. i still like the original series tho its just cute and educational and nice as it should be i think its insane to take that and make it sooo gross. whatever. red blood cell adhd icon give her more screentime this season already

but YEA wep and hdt are really great im enjoying them both a lot but in very different ways. wep is like... really hard to watch and obviously its not supposed to be easy to watch since its about trauma and it doesnt sugar coat it at all. im treading really carefully with it lest it become torture porn like cells at work code black LOL. but i dont think it will, its actually really well written and has things to say, but since its still airing all those havnt been made 100% clear yet. its super packed so a retrospective analysis after it all airs would really make its message more clear. i love all of the girls though i want them to be ok. every time theyre hanging out and having fun and just being happy its like... :pleading: not to mention its soo pretty to look at the visuals are great the animation is beautiful and the character designs really stand out!
