So grateful to experience an exercise of release! . By far the most powerful thing I have ever experienced and an uncontrollable feeling in my mind and body. . I felt completely defeated having to release that old version of me. . It was so hard to say good bye but I know she doesn’t serve me. . I wrote down all of the things I limit myself to believe and I burnt it! . Burnt it down! . There was a switch over and I could feel myself so unclear of who I actually was now, I let her go, the one that says . You’re never going to be an amazing mum You really should lost these 10kgs You’ll never make a million dollars Growing an empire is always going to be hard . Bla Bla fucking bla! . I burnt her to the ground and I’ll do it again and again to stay in this state... .
