I tried Tidal because Hov was dropping exclusives in the early days, Apple Music because ‘you know’ and Spotify which prevailed overall because not only does it continue to integrate with @last_fm but it’s the only service I trust the recommendations and algorithms wholeheartedly. . . . I felt like 2018 was the year I discovered some superb artists, a majority of whom I came across through the radio feature using artists like @desta_french, @sabapivot and @loungeinparis. . . .
