Application Fee:

$40 Per Adult

$735- Two Bedroom One Bath Townhome (plus $30 for Water, Sewer, and Trash)

$785- Newly Renovated Townhomes (plus $30 for Water, Sewer, and Trash)

Security Deposits:

Equal To One half or full month's rent (Based on screening results from application)

Pet Fees:

$150 Pet Deposit (Non refundable)

Monthly pet rent: $10 per cat, $15 per dog ( 2 pet maximum per townhome)

All Criminal Activity is subject to denial of application

Applicant/Applicants Must Gross 3x Rent Monthly or 2.5x Net
