Do you think 30 minutes of cardio workout, 6 times a week is enough exercise and will help to lose weight/burn fat? I would really appreciate your opinion, have a lovely day. Also, your blog is so so great, can you recommend any yoga videos online that are around 10-20 minutes?
6 times a week is actually a lot of exercise. you can afford to cut back a little (normally, 3 times a week for cardio is sufficient). please remember to get adequate rest and eat well so that your body can sustain such a high level of activity!
