he does! not heavy rain and storms, but a soft, quiet shower. rose feels like it's the perfect way to set a calm ambience (and gives him the excuse to stay indoors and play).
being caught in it doesn't bother him as much as you might think either. he might gripe about his hair, but it's far from the worst thing.

rose falls easily into love: the perfect color of a flower or piece of fruit, some momentary scenery, a sound that catches his ear. but it's all aesthetic love. even a stranger just passing him on the sidewalk. but it's all a passive, aesthetic love. true, romantic, love is he finds very elusive.
having spent a good deal of time simply observing people, the musician's actually quite glad he rarely falls truly in love. to him, it seems quite messy and often forced. if he's to find it for himself, it'd have to be something rare and unusual, someone that captures him in a way he's never had before.
