She had fought him on dating in the first place. Then, she gave in and he was betrothed. Next, the betrothal broke off and he came searching for her. She gave in after ignoring him for a bit, too smitten to do anything else. Now, again, he was leaving. He had left. After being offered early admittance to the Auror Academy, Alastor Moody was leaving school. His parents didnât want him anywhere near Joey, a muggleborn. Of course getting him into the academy early would help. It was all just such a mess. Half of the argument was a complete blur in her mind. She had been angry. She wasnât angry at him for leaving, but at again choosing his parents over her. They were done this time. Joey and Alastor were done and Joey was going back to her original motto. Dating was pointless.Â
Painfully similar to the beginning of the semester, Joey had set up training dummies in an empty classroom and was âkicking assâ as she would call it. Sweat dripped down her face and she didnât exactly look approachable.
