#Repost @moshercg with @get_repost ・・・ #Repost @ruti_ka with @get_repost ・・・ When Moshe and I first saw these images of the Syrian woman and children refugees , the only thought that came to mind was - “ not again “ !!! We couldn’t understand how history can repeat itself in such a short time. Again , the world is silent .... , we go about our day . It has been a roller coaster of emotions and rational , from shock to being frozen or helpless to than being motivated and full spirited to make a difference somehow . We have decided that as Jews in particular , and as children of Holocaust survivors we MUST take an action , small or big , but act , not be silent . After months of research and efforts we are proud to share that with a group of incredible friends and donors we partner now with different organizations that do the work with refugees in Turkey, Lebanon and Jorden . Universal Kindness foundation has provided medications to El Emel Hospital in Gaziantep, Turkey that serve the Syrian Refugees and planning to continue to support these efforts in all three locations . In the same time as we were working on this project we found out there are Holocaust survivors in Israel that live under the poverty line , therefore we commit now to dedicate our efforts next to this horrible situation as well and more to come soon . #universalkindness
